    I really liked your straight lining underneath the rete ridges of psoriasis. That is the meaning of the word "regular" acanthosis of the psoriasiform hyperplasia: all of the rete ridges have the same length.

    PS: how do you explain the sparing of the basal cells in Bowen's Disease? If actinic keratosis is a preneoplasic lesion, wouldn't you expect just the contrary?
