So, for the request I suggest watching "The Decade-Long Quest For Shadow of the Colossus’ Last Secret" by Jacob Geller it's fascinating to hear about the community around the game, as well their quest's tale, plus I figure it's something to break up the 40k monotony. On to the question, what time is it for you when you post these? For me, it seems to normally be around like 4-5 am but that could be just my timezone.
I usually get off work at around 11pm pst, I get home, talk to my wife, get some dinner, then I come back and record. Normally I try my best to get 2 videos a night done. As far as your recommendation I'll be checking that out tomorrow :)
