One thing Joe said that caught my attention was when he said Zac Taylor deserves more respect in the league

As a trainer of athletes I can only speculate but believe Joe trains functionally for injury prevention, flexibility, agility and probably focused a lot on increasing leg mass and strength- most athletes and quarterbacks are training on “all planes” of motion. I just hope he is keeping his joints flexible and eating some functional foods with an occasional greasy burger. Who Dey excited for the year!

my bro had the same injury, over a year later still hasnt done pushups. ur wrist is in a different position when doing a pushup vs holding a bar and pressing it. curious if that affects his throwing.

Nobody is overlooking Burrow! He’s played 4 seasons and been healthy for HALF. The defense isn’t close to what it was 3 years ago! Higgins is gone after this season. Hendrickson is gone after this season. Chase will be signing a deal of 30M+ per year. Mixon is gone. Chidobe is gone. We haven’t seen Burrow without a cast of Avengers around him. Just a fact, don’t get defensive! This will be an interesting season for him..

At his height 205/210 is too light, even Boomer was 225 and he never suffered a serious injury other than that Bruce Smith hit
Burrow hasn’t been 205 since H.S. From 2020-2022 he weighed approximately 220 pounds. Last year for whatever reason he went down to 215. And I’m not a mathematician but I can add 215 to 15. Around 230 is where he is. He is 6’3.5’’ so we round up to 6’4’’ if it’s a half inch or better. I expect him to fluctuate between 220-230 this year. At LSU he weighed approximately 220. At the Combine he weighed in at 221. He looked identical when he was at LSU that he did at the Combine. The lowest he has been was after that Appendectomy now then he may have dropped to 205 but he had major surgery. The surgery for an appendix is generally not invasive it’s a 1 inch incision. Burrows appendix burst and when that happens not only is it life threatening but the surgery is WAY more invasive. They have to cut you wide open and clean alll that crap out that burst. It pretty knarly and it’s amazing he was playing in week 1 of the 2022 season.
Lol dude last year Joe was 215. If he gained 15 pounds he is 230. He hasn’t been 205 since High School. At LSU he was 220. At the combine he weighed 221. That’s what I thought that he was 225-230. That’s what he looks like. Until last year he was 220 last year he lost weight to 215.

@@BengalsTalk Oh....well that is egg on my face there. Parrish and Trumpy do seem to be locks, though personally I would go with Fulcher and Krumrie. Maybe next year for them--unless the Ring of Honor expands to 4. I do believe that there are plenty that are worthy of it.
