Broken is an understatement. Every thing I do, something else happens. I've had images removed from my arenas and removed from my custom images. So many things that are completely ruining this game for me. All the hard work, for no reason.
It destroyed Universe mode too. I was at Wrestlemania on my Universe mode, was excited to add some of the DLC characters added to my card. Fatal 4 Way Tag for the Tag titles: Whenever the wrestlers went outside the ring, the ref would start counting. There’s no countouts in fatal 4 ways. But whenever she got to 9, she’d start all over. When a pin was made, she just wouldn’t count at all. I just skipped. 4 man over the top rope battle Royal for the Cruiserweight title: people falling outta the ring but no eliminations called. Instead they were getting eliminated via pinfall, but not leaving the ring. They just stood in the ring watching the rest of the match unfold. US title: Eddie Guerrero Vs Ricochet. I know y’all thinking 🤯🤯🤯. First thing I notice is no referee. I brush it off. Match goes about how you imagined. High flying, Lucha libre, technical prowess, etc. Eddie Guerrero is leaned against the ropes, Ricochet clotheslines him out. Bell rings. Ricochet is declared the winner. I turned it off.
I feel like the yearly game model gives them no time to fix the issues before they have to copy and paste right into next years, while adding new stars animations and new gimmicks to sell the next one, but piggybacking glitches into the following year’s game. They should do a game every 2 years, with additional stars as individual dlc’s. It’d make them more money than the myfaction racket because at least then youd guarantee youd get a star. Hell, they can even use dlc’s of past skins for lingtime stars if they wanna save newer stars for the next game. Old skins or attire/entrance updates over the year. I dont know, But this happening every year is why i dont even buy a game but every few years. 2019 being my last one before this
🚨 Why are you even asking the question of if WWE 2k should just focus on WWE 2k25 (a game that’s roughly almost a year away) or focus on patching 2k24??? Hell yeah they should be patching WWE 2k24! The game has been out a few short months and has been bugged a large majority of the time! It’s beyond me that we go out and pay upwards of 100 dollars for a game and dlc every fkn year only for it to have to be continuously patched the entire duration of its existence. Then we sit there and speculate about the new installment almost immediately every single year and continue this stupid cycle. Wake up people! They will NEVER produce a quality game at the rate that we blindly consume. It’s absolutely ridiculous that there is a new Wwe game every year as it is. These games have a minimum of at least 2years of gameplay in them, they could just update the rosters very easily. They hold out just enough content each year to keep you coming back… prime example, GTA IV, that game has been out for like 10 years and it’s replay value has set a standard that 2k chooses to not even try to reach…it’s just infuriating that in the year 2024, this is what we CHOOSE TO DEAL WITH when it comes to these products. I guarantee that if we all stopped buying these games and stopped spending so much on their ridiculous micro transactions, we’d see better quality games. Their backs will be against the wall and the companies will see that they are not in control. THEY DO NOT SURVIVE WITHOUT US (PERIOD!)
Nah those patches messed up a lot, hair was removed, glitches with tags, ai vs u the a.i gets lost to fight u out the ring n they go back in the ring etc everything is messed up guys check out your created characters
If there is a way for 2K to remove the 1.11 patch so we go back to the game when it was 1.10? Also, I don't want Halibert in the game. He isn't a wrestler.
I haven't played www 2K24 since the last patch. Having a few little issues but not bad. One thing, I had the biggest issue with the hair on 3 of my wrestlers disappeared, but it's been working on still about the same for me, I.
The craziest experience i had was in a tag team match with me playing as sherri (as a manager) and i was managing a tag team match between the steiners (who i was managing) and the hart foundation and i got on the apron and got into the hot tag animation and for some reason it made the tag and i guess i was considered legal (mind you i’m playing as sherri, a female) and then when i got down the ref started counting and i was confused because everyone was in the ring and for some reason bothe of my guys were on the apron and so were the harts and the ref counted ME out
Wwe 2k dev team and Bryan Williams are lazy because they can't even gives us better patch updates and get rid of triple threat tornado tag match and fatel 4 way tag match Bryan it's Derrick if you can't do a better job then give us a better patch updates go work some where else ok it's not hard to fix the game
I literally just turned on the game noticed my CAWs lost all their promo pics again after I sat for hours to fix. I had to turn it off cause I was just so pissed.
Seem to only be a later gen problem that it´s slower is across all gens and that online stability is back to crap. But I have no tag team bugg where they go after one specific wrestler no matter what the only thing I seen is the AI refusing to do anything to you in the ring if your on the apron. they acting like you are not there taunting and all other stuff instead of attacking. What I heard is if you had moded hair from the beginning they cleaned away all hair from that caws but it´s not like no matter what because your caw had long hair it`s gone I have Xbox one so that can be the reason but then wonder what the differences is in gen patches?
The AI is a complete joke right now. Mainly in a tag match. Also what is with the ref counting so fast when outside the ring? Seems like it's way faster than last years game. I like to watch matches in my universe, but man it is tough sometimes. It is so hard to play this gane right now. I sure hope they fix the game soon
I put my faith and money in 2k to deliver and it’s just not doing it for me. The engine itself is inherently broken. For so many things to break with every update, this is a clear indicator that they are working with something very wrong at its core and the devs don’t know what to do at this point. They are triaging the damage that is done and putting lipstick on a pig. It’s sad, because I really want to love this game.

Mines ok. Im pretty sure theyll fix the bugs sooner or later. Ive got the xbox one version. Not having any issues with 1.11.

@tinokelly I've not had that happen yet thankfully lol. Mine just won't use the alt attire at all. I'm just stuck with the base attires for everybody.

My caw lost their face pic. I uninstalled instantly after resetting the game a couple of times.

When i download a caw the game crashes. Only characters. Titles and other things works fine
