- Percutaneous tenotomy is usually done as last stage procedure when there is residual equinus present after we correct abduction deformity and cavus deformity by serial Ponseti Casting.
Tenotomy is very important step for acheiving full correction of clubfeet and it should not be avoided for long term good results.
