The lyrics literally say, "If our love is tragedy, why are you my remedy? If our love's insanity, then why are you my clarity?" Saying that a cover of this is "clear" or "relaxed" means that the song has been completely changed and the original intent has been lost.

When I heard that the Hoosier Daddies (I think that was their name) lost to New Directions when they had HER on lead vocals, I just couldn't take it seriously. I mean, seriously? She fucking rocked this song, and I'm sure the other two songs the groups sang but weren't included in the episode were amazing as well. Let's face it, New Directions should have lost to them. This girl's voice is breath taking.
