LOL! Well, it didn't help that she had her "rudder" in the air for the gust to push her. That was hysterical.🤣 Up here in Ocala, the wind was blowing hard, raining & dropping some loud hail this morning bringing that cold front through!💨They're taking such great care of eggs & nest. Vocals are intoxicating.🥴💛 Thank-you LadyH💖
I lived in Ocala for two years.. Nice area 😊 F23 is a laugh riot (unintentionally!) 😉 She is safe and back in control of herself. Combating the elements can be quite the challenge but this young eagle mom seems to take whatever is thrown @her with aplomb! Trusting the eagles... Friday the 13th may be a lucky day for M and F🤞🌹🌟
Wow, that was crazy glad she & the eggies are okay! I'm all the way up in Northern Virginia but we had some crazy weather too yesterday - got a sudden downpour & crazy winds all at once. Bless their hearts. Thanks LH! ❤
Seeing F23 spin around reminded me of the "piece of burger from Burger King" guy. It's from an interview with the news at the scene of an accident. The guy is very entertaining. At one point, he says that the cars involved "twisted around like a tornado girl". I hope someone does a voice over with that for F23. It fits perfectly! 😂😂

F23 and M15 are both very protective towards these two precious eggs 🥚🥚 🤗 Weather is not good lately and gusty winds almost swept F23 out of the nest 😔 But they both don't care about the weather conditions and will be on guard now until hatching time 🙏🍀🦅 And since then will start another amazing chapter to raise their precious offspring 🐥🐣 So we all here wish them well and hope for good outcome 🙏❤️ 🦅🦅 🥚🥚❤Thank you so much for this video dear Lady Hawk 💓 💐🍓💗🍫🐝 🤗 Wishing you great Thursday and be well my friend 🤗💞🌷🌿☀️ 🥝🙏
I’m always amazed at how much larger than M15 F23 is. She looks as if she’s larger than M15’s former mate, Harriet (though Harriet was funny in how she’d kick M15 and take charge of him. She trained him well.) maybe it sounds so much louder since the camera is moved. It’s pretty amazing how with all that wind, how much less there is in the bowl of the nest. They’re such a careful couple.
Is F23 young? I have missed Harriet so badly. I'm unaware of her potential age. Looks like daddy M15 came in to watch/warm those eggs. Great job weathering this wind storm. ❤ M15 he learned well and sure can take care of his mate.
From what I understand, females are usually able to become pregnant when they are 4 during mating season, so right now she would be 5. (general consensus over the last year)

Yes, F23 is much bigger than Harriet. Harriet did train M15 well and his passing that down to F23.

Had to have been at least 5 last season. They get their white heads and yellow eyes and beaks at 5
