I know I'm 5 years to late but I had to look again...the price for all that is unreal in the UK you could put million+ on that price depending where... and that workshop British men be tripping over their jaw to get their hands on that space...I am looking at the latest Brad has as well just come back to the channel after a couple of years just love it and I've fallen in love with Kentucky brilliant place to live....did that cat have a goatee 🤗👍...just viewed Brad's latest upload just beautiful upon a hill definitely feel like a castle....

Floppy eared goats are called Nubians... they have the BEST goat milk... 2nd are the Nigerian Dwarf...I have BOTH of these goats 🥰🥰 I pay $110 a year in taxes on 40 acres... but I wanna get closer back east, just not too close bc of all the humidity
