Where do y'all get the really small enclosures?

Hi, I noticed the rear plants roots took you above the substrate tray line, does it matter if you put earth above the taped tray level. Just about to plant mine

You can cover the tray edges!

Haven't heard mention of this in your "planting the enclosure" videos. I assume you purchase your plants from local public nurseries.
Before "officially" adding them into the enclosure, do you prep your plants in any way to minimize risk of pesticide, bug, etc. contamination. Obviously, that could put the plants, and maybe the reptiles, at risk if the plants have some uninvited "guests" tagging along.

Another question, and you've likely had some of your bio-active setups long enough for this to maybe be an issue. Do you get to a point where the soil substrate is pretty much used up, nutrient wise? If so, how do you respond? Replace all/most of substrate, low strength fertilizer of some sort, something else? And how long does it typically take to get to that point?

Do you wash the soil off of the plants and repot before planting? I've heard concern about the fertilizers in normal putting soil, curious your take.
