The Q400 sounds identical to the other planes (except with a prop buzz instead of a jet whine) but listening to them through headphones makes them sound so much different. The jets have a thunderous roar while the Q400 has more of whooshing whirring sound, just like in real life! I don’t think the speakers of mobile devices do the audio that much justice!
