This Sonata after 2 hearings doesnt cohere.The older Franck hits one immediately. I mustvstudy this music and see how S innovations or form were improvements on older techniques.Bacewicz and Weisberg are also getting attention.One should always question why one composer from a certain country gets more attention than others from same country, often same teachers and schools gets more attention than his peers! Rubinstein knew Szymanowsky and others in early 20th century!
