I realize some viewers are gutless wonders, but the way to reduce such victims is show this horror in all of it's horror. Each generation is doomed to repeat the mistakes of the previous generations if they don't learn from the mistakes of others. As long as war is glorified with it's brass bands, medals, and ceremonies, it will continue. Victims in all their horror show the other side of war. This is what the people with PTSD witnessed. Only they saw the real thing, not pictures, don't minimize their suffering either.

Normandy landing. The solders knew what they were doing. They put a year of practice into preparing. They were Ranger's pathfinders, and expeditionary forces ETC. Perhaps you meant despite of long, and detail planning they had to face the Germans little pre knowledge of preexisting artillery, and pill boxes.

What exactly is the censor trying to achieve by censoring history, and what does the censor think of their audience? Does the censor think the audience is so devoid of moral and physical constitution that they must be mollycoddled? How will the mollycoddled cope after years of being shielded by harsh realities: witnessing something unpleasant or hearing harsh truths? Are the censors trying to mould people into easily controllable sheep who do not know where they come from, or the sacrifices their forefathers made to create the safe world they now live in? Who is responsible for this outrageous and egregious censorship? What is their name, what is their history, where do they hail from, what are their political leanings, and what is their agenda and strategy?
