When you think you know someone and trust them with all your heart and thinking you are both on the same page as besties is one of the greatest human delusions of all time. Its a fact that you should never trust anyone completely. There are so many cases of women who thought they could trust their boy-best friends but ended up being SAed brutally. What Way was trying to do here was just unforgivable he could clearly see the disgust and fear on Babe's face but he didn't care and continued to kiss him...like how can you be redeemed from that. So sickening!
Anyway, Pavel's acting is just way too good in this its definitely oscar worthy even Nut's acting bro they are killing it in this show
Way told Pete that he hasn’t lost himself and that it’s better to be bad, but with that whole hidden agenda that he had, did he really think he was good? Ans I feel so sorry for Babe. You can see the emotions in his face 0:54 and how he’s so hurt that the person who he has trusted the most is willing to r@pe him just to please Tony and Way made it seem like having a family with Babe was the only way Tony would leave them alone, but that’s just his excuse to see that what he’s doing is not bad when he’s behaving as the worst. Babe was really going through so much anguish and despair 1:06 and it was his best friend behind everything. This was hard to watch 1:12 😢
Kudos to both Pavel and Nut for knowing how to react to one another 1:52 you can see their story in both of their eyes 1:59 2:02 what a confrontation 2:10 2:14 these two are the main highlight of this series for sure ❤️

Way’s tears never moved me to empathize with him in previous episodes. You just do not manipulate, coerce someone you truly love! Am I the only one who wishes that Pooh acted a bit more strongly during this scene? His ‘Shia Way’ was way too casual, like a reaction to some bad joke or something. With what was happening I expected at least Prapai’s level of anger. Mayby it’s because Pavel and Nut acted PHENOMENALLY here, but Charlie’s entry broke the scene for me 😅😭
I know, right? Pooh has a very weak performance, in my opinion, there are few scenes in which he does better... He's young, I think this is his first series, so it's kind of understandable, compared to Pavel and Nut's performances, he seems pretty weak.

@@annalyned1729 Charlie is the kind of character where a large part of his personality is acting cute, in the book too, which kind of annoys me sometimes, but in the series Pooh's performance is very much based on that, so sometimes I feel he doesn't manage to convey more complexity to the character... Some scenes frustrate me, like Pete's performance in some scenes in Love in the Air, he was great in the sarcasm and debauchery scenes, but I was kind of disappointed...

I know right the acting difference between babeway and charlie is soooo much.like in the whole series the only character for acting i disliked is charlie like his reaction to every situation is almost same. Like example in this scene his reaction is soo bad and seriously to me his acting doesnot suit character of charlie 🤷🏻♀️
Ok so let me get this straight.
Way wants Babe to go back to that house that he had finally escaped from all those years ago. He knew all to well what Babe had gone through. He also wants to make Babe have kids with him but even if they did Tony would sell whatever kids came from them off because those would be a special kinds of kids that would be better than Babe and Way put together. The fact that this man has convinced himself that what he's doing is out of love is utter craziness. I have read through the book and I'm looking at this from how this went down there and the fact that he says he loves Babe and even in the face of being confronted for almost assaulting Babe he still holding on to that delusion of so kind of twisted love. OMG make that make sense.
The actors did a fantastic job but for this scene I would've liked to have seen the Charlie character in this scene more like the Charlie character in the book but Pooh😍😍 is still killing it in the role through.

@@rabiawadgama In the book Charlie came in and grabbed Way and got him off of Babe and threw him to the floor and he was unconscious. In the book Babe had no idea what was going on when Charlie came in and saved him as Way was about to take advantage of him and Charlie told him that Way came hypnotize people. Also in the book Babe didn't find out who Way was over the phone... it was when Charlie came in to save him from Way is when he found out. Charlie was the one to wake Way up after he had knocked him out. Babe then beat the living crap outta Way and was talking about what Way was doing/trying to do to him while he was in that hypnotized state. I absolutely loved the show but it would've been so much better if the show had stayed true to how the book was written.

@@rabiawadgama I think the way Babe's mourning Way in the book came across more than they did in the show. In the book he said a lot and well me personally I could feel the emotions as I read it. In the book as he cried he expressed quite vocally to Charlie as they stood at the grave about all that Way had done. Not that I didn't feel it coming from the character in the show I just think it was different because of how the show did it verse the book.

I'm glad they only showed what they did. SA scenes are tricky to cover well because you need to show the true horror or if all without making it gratuitous and I think they did that really well. Noone should be rooting for Way to 'get more', he is literally assaulting Babe and causing him huge trauma. Way deserves nothing here.

I feel like with all the stuff they had the Way character saying was trying to get people to sympathize with him somehow. In the book he wasn't saying any of that. I would have liked them to leave the scene as it is in the book.
Where Babe being touched by way didn't really realize what was going on. And way take advantage of that.
In this scene (in the book) Way would take off Babe's shirt and kiss his chest, but at that moment Charlie arrives and knocks Way out.
With tears in his eyes, Charlie covers his boyfriend again.
Without the touch of way, Babe manages to regain his consciousness and sees Charlie cry. Babe asks him why he cried and all he does is apologize for being late. At that moment way wakes up and Babe starts punching him and asking why did he do that to him? His best friend's betrayal broke Babe into a thousand pieces. I cried so much with that scene, you could feel Babe's pain. 😭🤧

I regret the Spoiler but in the book Way dies, at the funeral Babe says that he does not forgive him but that he hopes that in the next life if he is his friend again that please do not lie to him again

@@bestserie2886 In the book Jeff proposes to Charlie to fake his death, only the two of them would know since Tony knows that now that Charlie has absorbed Babe's power to get pregnant. Tony wants Charlie and Jeff to do the baby because they both possess powerful abilities. In the show they put Charlie suggesting it, but in the book it was actually Jeff. Jeff finds a person who can block Charlie's powers, as he once said that if he dies, the power reverts to its original owner (Tony doesn't know that). To make it real and Babe believes that Charlie died he must have his powers back and so they do. Babe blames Tony and Way for the accident, but Way tells him he doesn't know anything. And that he can help him and Pete take down Tony. They make a plan, and Way knows Babe won't forgive him, but at least he wants Tony to finally get his comeuppance. Tony throws a party, Pete, Babe and Way with Jeff want to reveal everything at that party in a Live; They go undercover, but Tony's guard finds Babe and is about to kill him, when it looks like he's going to, Charlie shows up and saves him. Babe Feels Happy Charlie Is Alive. Suddenly, another guard appears and aims to shoot Babe and Charlie covers him, the guard shoots but neither Charlie nor Babe are shot. Way gets in the middle and takes the bullet. Pete knocks out the guard and at that moment Babe tells him that even if he dies, he won't forgive him; Way smiles at him and tells him that he knows, but at least he wanted to do something good. Only in that part did I feel sorry for way.
