its too soft to be moulded or fixed in any shape,
so a metal alloy is required to make it more resilient.
the gold in the food is actually gold leaf.

gold flakes are totally safe...thai dessert have gold flakes to decorate them. it's pretty normal though. and it's actually pretty cheap too.

No it has benn proven (or so what specialists think) that by eating or consuming gold flakes/ie small amounts helps in doing something. Im not a genius but, I had gold flakes in a Plum Wine before and it wasnt that bad.
