Try out this super easy and fabulous potato brinjal sabzi which has a fantastic freshness of quick homemade masala cooked with veggies to give a superb aromatic healthy sabzi for bhoga offerings.
Servings : 4
Ingredients :
4 potatoes
4 brinjals
5 to 6 tbsp Oil
For Masala
2 tbsp coriander seed
1 tsp cumin seed
1 tsp fennel seed
2 tbsp peanuts
2 dried Kashmiri red chillies
1 tsp cumin seed
¼ tsp fenugreek seed
½ tsp mustard seed
½ tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp asafoetida or hing
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp red chilli powder
Garnish it with some coriander leaves
