That rent is great. I had a studio salon suite reach out to me saying that the rent was $1000 a month. I’m just getting started and not even making that. I don’t even have clients yet lol😆
Yup most studio places charge that! I always recommend finding an office space. Always so much cheaper! Good luck on your journey, you got this ❤️
Thank you for this video. I’m going to start lashing from home and built a little space and your video is so informative. I to have a dog and this is one of my worries
Lmaooo putting me on blast 😂
I’m a licensed esthetician and want to do lashes as a side hustle because I work full time at a hospital. Is a salon license required? I’m in the process of getting a zoning permit and plan to get an LLC
Yes I have a chihuahua 🤗 and I always just leave the door cracked and let them know when my clients get here so they dont have to knock so crazy😂
In Texas u do have to have a license to Lash.
Hey where do you get your waiver forms from ? I just started lashing and the people I’ve practiced on have not signed a waiver

Did you have an LLC and liability insurance?? Or does the booth you’re renting cover that?
