Man I’ve used to explore abandoned insane asylums in Massachusetts (westborough state hospital) a couple years ago with all my friends shit was so scary they tore them all down now but it’s definitely and experience everyone should do
Cool video. I have been going there since 2010. The buildings you were in were 21/22 (4 stories) and 7. 7 Was medical and surgical. 21/22 I forgot, but the most violent patients were kept in Building 15. Building 93 is the tallest. If you ever want a more indepth tour, hit me up I gotchu.

Kinda park asylum is not haunted at all. It has homeless people that legit hide there and people think it’s haunted. They are just a scared community trying to avoid the people sneaking in because for years people would break in and beat the living fuck out of them. This asylum is meant for high schoolers and fake conspiracies. Upset Tommy chose this location. There’s tons of haunted regular houses on Long Island. The Underground Railroads biggest annex/attachment for slave escaping for the north east was in Long Island north shore right by here. As a result many slave ghosts haunt the area. Idk about any crazy people though haunting the asylum. Been here about 200 times though and never once experienced a ghost or “encounter” of any sort other than with asbestos and crackheads.

What made me believe in ghosts, I did maintenance in apartments and there was a fire in one of the apartments. A 11 year old boy died,after we remodeled the apartment no one wouldstay more than 6 months. My boss had me move in to see why. After about a week our cat started playing fetch with someone other than me or my ex-wife, yes my cat played fetch. The ball would fly higher and further than she could hit it. Then our TV and surround sound would turn on in the middle of the night. I actually knew the boy before he died. Started talking to him he quit with the TV, then one day it stopped. The apartment caught fire because the boys mom's boyfriend was smoking crack by the Xmas tree and it caught on fire Dec 23. The day the ghost left was the day that guy died, the boy died in the apartment and his mom in the hospital both from smoke inhalation.

When I worked at a courthouse, (which used to be the town jail in the 30s..) the baliff took me to the room where the client speaks with their lawyer. He handed me a maglite to inspect and determine that there's no trickery involved. He told me to place the flashlight on the desk and he started asking questions. Turn on for yes, and Turn off for no. We started interacting with a 9 yr old boy.. basically the flashlight was turning off and on responding to the questions. After that experience I definitely believe in the supernatural. Paranormal experiences are only valid after self-validation. Of course you're not going to believe anyone until you experience it yourself..

i grew up 10 min away from this place and when i used to go there from like 2013-2017 it was MUCH easier to get into the buildings and explore! there used to like never be any cops or security and it was legit awesome! you could just chill on a balcony 32 floors up smoking a L... there used to be a giant smoke stack as well you could climb in with a rope! this place was legit a playground for menace kids like myself from Suffolk County, Long Island
