The Diego Martin North Community Centre

The Diego Martin North Community Centre forms part of UDeCOTT’s Community Centres Portfolio with the Ministry of Sport and Community Development. These community centres are intended to expand the talent margins of the people, fuel entrepreneurial growth, empower men, women and the youth and tap into previously uncharted pools of self-discovery and development.
Furthermore, it is a mechanism to get unemployed youth off the streets and move to enhance their skills, giving them a fighting chance at success, via focused-driven and productive activities.
The Diego Martin North Community Centre features a two-storey reinforced concrete building and provides a series of facilities and services that are essential for the success and growth of the Diego Martin community.
The building includes the following:
Ground Floor - Lobby, Kitchen, Servery, Gym, Administrative Office, Library, One Classroom, Computer Lab, Janitor’s Closet, Laundry Room, Female Washroom, Male Washroom and Three Storage Rooms
First Floor - Auditorium, Control Room, Backstage (Male and Female Change Rooms and Toilets), Two Storage Rooms, Female Washroom, Male Washroom and Covered Deck Area
The Building is also equipped with an elevator and features an ICT Access Centre.
