I have had the same type 2 Parkin’s ever since I was a child. It does not bother me I just hate when people accuse me of being high because of my constant tremors. There are medications that help me tremendously with this…but it is so hard to find a Doctor to give me these medications.
@@laurachickadee6969 what is the worst is (maybe because I live in the South with plenty of rude mannered people) …when at a checkout line my hands, arms and fingers will shake around slightly when grabbing cash or my Debit Card and for some reason so many people get so incredibly ANGRY at me all because I look like I have a nervous shake. “What the heck is wrong with you?” They will yell…” “I don’t need this this morning another skizoid…why you look so f’ing nervous!?” It is like me having what looks similar to a nervous tick (and it is not all too bad) they get more acute with the people yelling at me then I do get more shakes and indeed very nervous it seems as if my tremors are ruining somebody’s whole Month. So I shake it is evident in my hands and neck/head…how is this making so many people upset with me? I can still carry on a full conversation fine and do everything…I am just shaky. …is it illegal to have a slight shake? …this I know…IT IS THEIR PROBLEM AND NOT MINE. …I am not too religious but highly spiritual…praying helps sometimes and God Bless all those with any mental issues…ironically most of us with mental “disorders” (I really hate that word disorder as Doctors call them) are the smartest people on the Planet…and those “regular healthy minded” people do not have the first clue about life, common sense and love at all. Go figure…🤷♂️🖤
These issue come on so slowly that even the spouse is not always sure of what it is. My spouse had early cognitive decline and I knew something was off but not being a trained physician it's SO hard to diagnose. My husband also has a disease called CMT which is an odd gate, high arches and neuropathy. This has been coming on oh so slowly for over 20 years and again I thought this was part of the cognitive decline. Yopu cannot expect an untrain spouse to know these rare neurological diseases.
Much love to you for what life is putting you and your loved one through. You cannot ever rejudge the past. You did the very best you could with what you knew at the time.
Please donate to Parkinsons research - ONLY if you can. This disorder is on the rise. I dont want to worry anyone but you or your family member could have it. We desperately need a cure/treatments and it can and will happen with enough money for research.
It's really not true though. Despite years of being stoned, he was in good enough shape the last 15 years.and without the surgery, he'd arguably in better shape now than he was at 50. It's sad really.he did all the crazy stuff when he was young.and he was good to go
Nah it's not uncontrollable, it's expression, and since he's weak and can't move,he'd obviously be fidgety and barely able to sit still. Sure he has it regardless, but I'd argue he isn't as bad as he appears.hes got other shit going on
Yeah it's quite rapid. It took about 8 years for someone I knew to pass away after diagnosis. The condition doesn't cause death directly but infections do plus other stuff like pneumonia and neurodegenerative disease.
This and his recent first unnecessary neck surgery and the numerous medicines they dosed him with in that first neck surgery. Some doctors can fxxx up anything.
