Fun fact: Princess Catherine's dress at the Jordanian wedding was designed by a Jordanian designer. So classy to choose a designer from the country she's in and whose royal wedding is being celebrated!

The story I’ve heard is that Oprah was courting MeGain for an interview, and M said “now’s not the right time, but soon”. Therefore, it would make sense to keep that pipeline open and invite Oprah. May I also say that the interview Oprah did was so beneath her! She had all the time in the world to fact check what they said, and clearly O did not do so. Do you think Skidmarkle would let momma or ANYONE upstage her at her own wedding? Heck no! But then any look at that wedding that was ironed or pressed looked better than the bride from hell any day.
I’m in London and today I had high tea at a traditional old hotel near St James’s Park. There were 3 English people at the table next to mine, and I caught a few snippets of their conversation: “They didn’t even know the Clooneys,” “Charles was SO nice to her,” and other comments generally dragging Meghan & Harry to hell. My daughter & I were dying trying to keep from laughing, and I so wanted to go to their table and join in the gossip! 😂 I adored Cressida’s dress! It was my favorite of the day!
I feel compelled to say that I have never, ever liked or been drawn to Oprah. I have had red flag feelings about her from the inception of her show. I agreed with all of your assessments of the outfits, Beebs. I think you would have done a better job designing/choosing an outfit/hat for some of these ladies.😍
I have said the same thing for years…. Felt like a fuddy-duddy, as all my co-workers and contemporaries thought she was great … she just didn’t appeal to me
I did wonder is wearing white not frowned on in Britain like it is here in the states? Pippa’s dress was beautiful and looked almost as elegant as Catherine’s. That was seen as an insult that Camilla wore white at Diana’s wedding, and it was remarked on when the Queen wore white at Camilla’s reception. But maybe none of them WERE actually insulting or rude.🤷♀️
@Frances6889 I can buy that as being part of the celebrity world she came from - I'm sure it happens a lot in Hollywood ....but it was the absence of ANY family other than her mother that was startling odd and the real red flag. Classic narcissistic or BPD behaviour.
Oprah didn’t provide the public with a balanced interview with Harry and Meghan. She had the experience to know what the fallout would be. Very diss appointed in her.
Red flags during the engagement interview. Shallow, irritating, childish & over the top. A list wedding guests was tacky and pathetic. That poor girl is a disaster 🤦🏻♀️
The second gown Catherine wore at the Jordanian wedding was absolutely exquisite. Very grand and classical. Good on you for pointing out the cultural differences and the respect both Catherine and Beatrice showed. Totally agree with your assessment on Oprah's interviewing style. I remember when she got her own show in the eighties and her style was always going for the shock value in relationships/victimhood. She made millions out of it and started the whole advent of that style of interviewing. Anyway. Thanks for the Friday video and your good cheer, Beebs! Take care, Tam
Please, more wedding editions!! I love how respectful you are in your commentary. I am so repulsed by Meghan's vile personality that I often find it hard to be fair in assessing her, so kudos to you for being fair and balanced. I have to admit, I really liked Catherine's look at Pippa's wedding. She made sure that all eyes were on her sister and I liked her dress!!
Yes! I also thought that Catherine made a deliberate choice to dress nicely but not wow! as she wanted her sister to be the star of her own wedding. Seems to me, she’s very thoughtful like that.
11:14 you nailed it with airline stewardess. I’m one of those air hostesses ;) and as soon as I saw that dress I thought it was one of our old recycled uniforms 🫣
Regarding Serena, as a black American female, I can say that it is very common in black culture to spend time doing our hair. Our hair care is time and effort intensive, and you just plan for it. If you've ever seen the movie Friday, there is a scene where the main character's sister is sleeping with her head propped up by her hand to not mess up her hairstyle, and I've totally done that.
Don’t know how a fashion channel missed Lady Kitty Spencer at this wedding. She wore a stunning Dolce&Gabbana green dress and looked absolutely gorgeous. Lady Kitty is very pretty anyway but her dress was next level.
Lady Kitty is a stunner! She wore a drop dead gorgeous sky blue dress to one of the Royal weddings that deserves a close look. I imagine that if Diana had had a daughter, she would’ve looked like Kitty Spencer.
Yes! This! Lady Kitty Spencer was the reason why my view about orange shoes changed. 😂 Beebs has to react to the dresses that Lady Kitty wore on her wedding. Coz if we're talking about body types and fits, her wedding dresses are fitted to a capital T. My fave was the blue one with flowers. Dolce & Gabbana did an amazing job with the dresses. 😊
Honestly Camilla's wedding dress and head dress at her own cathedral ceremony were stunning I'll never forget how she looked walking down the aisle. Radiant . She always looks fab since she got hitched to Charles. But I digress - Eugenie looking like a sixties air hostess on this occasion unfortunately. Oprah's interpretation of the dress code is cute. It did distract me on the day that Meghan's hair was continually dancing around her face I did think couldn't someone have helped her with that. If Carey Mulligan had gone for a white belt and hat she would have won the wedding but for me Amal Clooney won that wedding overall. Stunning. She stole the show.
I think Beatrice’s dress was a wonderful color and really flattered her. However, I think Eugenie’s blue dress was actually a little too informal for the occasion. It may have looked different in real life but on camera it was too casual. I like the dress I just think it’s not the right one for this event.
I loved, loved, loved Catherine's muted pink gown at the Jordan wedding. It was beautiful and romantic and suited her so well. I wasn't wild about either of Beatrice's looks, but she rarely wears styles I like. Meghan really got the short end of the stick with her wedding guest choices. She may have had a short-term gain, but ultimately, every one of those people has dropped her like a hot potato. Including *gasp* Oprah. She didn't do herself any favors when she gave the Harkles carte blanche to spew their lies. Priyanka Chopra's wedding look would have been nicer in another material. The wrinkles and bunching ruined it, but she did look nice at reception.
This wasn’t about wedding, it was a continuation of her networking! She didn’t know most of these people. She wanted to say I’m royal now. I am not an A lister, you have to accept me now. Then they highlight it with the Lion King red carpet
Yes. Would love to see more of Catherine Guests at her wedding. You are so on point with your commentary. Sometimes we just can't put a finger on why we find an outfit not great & you vocalize it perfectly. Helps us put on our best look also.
Let's be very blunt. Markle did not invite her own family, but did invite Hollywood elites, the group she had always wanted to be part of. She did not know them, and one invitee, Reese Witherspoon, very bluntly said she had not gone to the wedding as she did not know Markle at all. Apparently others considered it a great photo op. So far as her inviting friends, she had already kicked her old friends to the curb because they did not fit in with the new friends she was trying to make.
Love your review of wedding guests outfits, & I have to say that for an American you have a good understanding of royal etiquette. That's meant as a compliment because I realise that people aren't raised in the US with the whole royal thing. MM has sure brought that home! The fake curtsey she did on Netflix was a heartbreaking slap on the face of a society's ancient traditions, and also to her husbands family who'd welcomed her with open arms. But anyway, thanks for your great work, I really enjoy it 💕⭐
Beatrice’s fashion choices have really improved over the past few years. She now wears her clothes instead of her clothes wearing her! P.S. Your bra video saved my life. I have a very small band size (30) and a D cup, so the tips on sister sizes helped a lot. Thank you!
Please, please write a book about these things. I have a 15 year old granddaughter, that I am raising and she would LOVE to learn these things. I’m 75 and really don’t have this information. ❤❤❤❤❤❤
I think it was said at the time of Pippa's wedding that Catherine deliberately chose something understated so as not to upstage her sister on her big day 👍
Interesting video. I like your commentary. The Royal ladies always looks classy. My opinion since Princesse Beatrice is married, she is better dressed. Lovely couple.
I love your wedding guests comments, the diversity of outfits makes viewing and commentary almost as interesting as the bride[s dress itself. Even though I've heard many negative comments regarding Catherine's dress at Pippa's wedding I always thought that she looked wonderful, perhaps because my mother, who got married in 1940, was wearing an identical dress.
10:26 Faux-prah's hat is ivory and styled to go with the dress she originally intended to wear. She decided the ivory dress wouldn't photograph well so she paid Stella McCartney's team to make her a new dress the night before the wedding.
Your commentary on the clothes is so insightful. I liked the dress Catherine wore to pippa’s wedding until you pointed out the droopiness. Now I can’t unsee that.😅
As M apparently looked upon her wedding as a spectacle for the common people perhaps she thought rolling out a procession of A listers was more appropriate than family.
I adore these. I could watch you do this all day. This kind of video is one of your strengths, because it brings out your fashion sense and also lets your personality (another one of your strengths) loose and off the leash. A lot of royal TH-camrs cover high society fashion, often to a high standard, but none can touch you.
The Jordanian wedding was the epitome of class and elegance. All of the women looked gorgeous and regal. I have to disagree with the comment abouf Oprah's dress at the Markle wedding. I thought it was ghastly and all wrong for her body shape. Doria looked elegant though.
@@barbarabaker3056I kinda agree with you. Oprah’s dress colour was nice, but I felt the very fitted upper part of the gown needed a warning of some sort. Something like a pilot car breaking a path for the advancing gigantic mammaries.
This is very interesting. I love the fashion showdowns the best. The over sized cardigan. I'm not lovin' it. It reminds me of the 80's. You seem to know a lot about fashion. It's fun to see your reactions.
Faux-prah... we all saw through her phoney explanation when she told the press she hired "Stella McCartney's team to work through the night" to make her a dress that photographed well? 35 years in producing and she didn't know the dress she originally planned to wear wouldn't photographed well? No...
I do think that a lot of Sophies dresses are a tad too long, and they make her look frumpy. She need to wear them just to her knees. It's the same with Beatrice's dress just a tad too long. Catherine being taller and slender can pull the longer dresses off perfectly.
I wonder if Catherine purposely chose that frumpier dress for Pippa's wedding so she wouldn't steal the show? We all know how much people watch her very closely for her style. It would make sense at least to me, that she'd make that choice so that all eyes would be on her sister and not her. Just a thought 🤷♀️
The single, double, and even triple dipping with the megs merching is staggering. I imagine she made a fortune off her wedding. TH-camr Ibble Dibble does complete breakdowns on how much she can be making with all the merching the megs does. If you're interested, her videos are fascinating. Absolutely ❤ your content Beeb's!
I'm sure others have said it, but Catherine, Princess of Wales selected a dress for her sister's wedding that would not grab attention. Unlike another person in that family, Prince William and Catherine, Princess of Wales are not out to grab the attention to themselves. They are cautious of what they wear to other people's weddings and which weddings they attend. Due to who they are they get quite a bit of attention wherever they go, so they are careful to not to take away from other people's day by grabbing attention with their clothing. In some cases, such as with Pippa, they really downplayed it, but still wore appropriate clothing.
Yes please, Princess Catherine’s wedding. I love everything she wears. I agree with you on Megsy guests. I loved Eugenie’s dress, didn’t notice Pom poms.
They looked like blue styrofoam collecting after being broken apart. There was a few people that commented on Pippa’s dress resembling a can of Arizona Ice Tea.
Loved Sophie's dress, especially for her body type and age. Can you also do a video over stealth wealth fashion and overall staples ang good quality items that people need to own? Lots of love ❤
I watched this again today and you said something really reassuring, about the dress Catherine wore to Pippa's wedding. The past couple of years this bust-line has been popular in cute little tops and dresses. I tried many on, but each time they made me look droopy, when with aging I sure don't want to highlight that. You describe the fashion choice exactly, because here is Catherine, with not an inch of droopiness in her figure, and she still looks as saggy in the style as I do. I feel so much better for your video. You boost confidence in many different ways.
Yes, to all the video ideas! I think the dress Catherine, Princess of Wales, wore to the daytime wedding ceremony in Jordan is the prettiest dress I've ever seen her wear. So feminine, soft, flowy, simply gorgeous.
Beatrice’s teal dress I’m scoring as a huge win. I don’t like the bath mat balls either, but it might me the most reasonable dress and headband she’s ever worn. The shape and style of the dress is beautiful, just needs one of those sweater shaver things. Eugenies dress could have been more fitted, but again, she doesn’t look like a freak show so it’s a win. Sophie’s kind of bolero crop top/jacket thing is prolly hiding a super sexy top of that dress that she showed off at the reception. Go Sophie!
Another excellent episode. I wonder sometimes if people really consider whether a particular color or print flatters them. Finally you’re very good at pointing out the pitfalls without laughing or being unkind. Thanks!!
I really enjoyed this video. You know your stuff, picking out exactly what was right and wrong with the dresses. Sometimes I'm not sure why I don't like a dress, you showed me what I couldn't see. Yes, please do Catherine's wedding. Thank you!

I think it was said at the time of Pippa's wedding that Catherine deliberately chose something understated so as not to upstage her sister on her big day 👍
I love your eye makeup Beebs.
Thank you! 💛
Super good show enjoyed
Beatrice.....Beautiful!!!!
Would love for you to do guest's at Catherine Princess of Wales wedding
Now I can’t unsee that.😅
Did you notice Doria's dress clashed with the Queens dress. Now why- Why oh why?
Apple. Tree.
Would love to see a video on Prince Andrew's daughters fashions.
8:28 my God that 😁😁😁 of hers "I snagged a prince!"
I loved Catherine and Beatrice's dresses. So respectful and modest 😍😍
I love Sophie's outfit and was thinking it needed to be slightly shorter when you mentioned just that!
💛💛💛
The Jordanian wedding was the epitome of class and elegance. All of the women looked gorgeous and regal. I have to disagree with the comment abouf Oprah's dress at the Markle wedding. I thought it was ghastly and all wrong for her body shape. Doria looked elegant though.
@@barbarabaker3056I kinda agree with you. Oprah’s dress colour was nice, but I felt the very fitted upper part of the gown needed a warning of some sort. Something like a pilot car breaking a path for the advancing gigantic mammaries.
@@MK-cc5ve 😂😂😂
@@MK-cc5ve Indeed. Nicely put 👏
❤Hello Beebs🥰I Love, love LOVE these videos🎉🎉🎉 Puh-lease do more!! 😘😘😘😘😘
Love the Royal wedding videos!
I love Sophie's dress and it looked fantastic on her. Wonderful asset to the Royal Family.
I would definitely wear Sophie’s dress. But in a different color that flatters me.
This is very interesting. I love the fashion showdowns the best.
The over sized cardigan. I'm not lovin' it. It reminds me of the 80's.
You seem to know a lot about fashion. It's fun to see your reactions.
Catherine’s baggy bust dress is deliberate. I liked it. It seemed a bit too trendy for her usual style, that much I agree with you.
I think it’s lovely that we don’t see pants suits on the women! They are all wearing DRESSES!! I love it!! ❤
Yes, please do Catherine and William’s wedding guests😄
Faux-prah... we all saw through her phoney explanation when she told the press she hired "Stella McCartney's team to work through the night" to make her a dress that photographed well? 35 years in producing and she didn't know the dress she originally planned to wear wouldn't photographed well? No...
Chopra’s outfit was daft.
Love this! I’d love more.
Oprah tried getting an interview before the wedding, but M said the RF said she shouldn’t do
Interviews before the wedding.
Catherine can look good in anything she wears her clothes fit pretty good too she has great fashion sense
I do think that a lot of Sophies dresses are a tad too long, and they make her look frumpy. She need to wear them just to her knees. It's the same with Beatrice's dress just a tad too long. Catherine being taller and slender can pull the longer dresses off perfectly.
Oh yes, more please!!!
Loved this! A lot of great fashion. Not for MM. she was absolutely a mess! She was showing what she was about!
Thank you loved it you are very entertaining thank you
The single, double, and even triple dipping with the megs merching is staggering. I imagine she made a fortune off her wedding. TH-camr Ibble Dibble does complete breakdowns on how much she can be making with all the merching the megs does. If you're interested, her videos are fascinating.
Absolutely ❤ your content Beeb's!
Yes! Ibble Dibble has her grift nailed. What a schemer!!!
Yes ! Do Catherine and William's wedding !
They looked like blue styrofoam collecting after being broken apart. There was a few people that commented on Pippa’s dress resembling a can of Arizona Ice Tea.
Hi Beebs ❣️ thank you ❣️
Hi! 💛💛💛
Yes do Princess Catherine’s guests
Love these videos!
Loved Sophie's dress, especially for her body type and age. Can you also do a video over stealth wealth fashion and overall staples ang good quality items that people need to own? Lots of love ❤
I love Catherine's dress at Jordanian wedding the most...
Love all this ❤
💛💛💛
I watched this again today and you said something really reassuring, about the dress Catherine wore to Pippa's wedding. The past couple of years this bust-line has been popular in cute little tops and dresses. I tried many on, but each time they made me look droopy, when with aging I sure don't want to highlight that. You describe the fashion choice exactly, because here is Catherine, with not an inch of droopiness in her figure, and she still looks as saggy in the style as I do. I feel so much better for your video. You boost confidence in many different ways.
Loved it!
Beebs please do Princess Catherine’s wedding ❤
Thank you!
