Hon Ken has opened the door soo wide for The C I D to file a criminal case against Anas Aremeyaw Anas . The judgement has established that Anas is a criminal .
Anas was doing well at the beginning but then he let money get ahead of him and started blackmailing his victims. All those in support of Anas fail to recognize that that guy is caught on video negotiation with victims. If you pay, then he doesnt publish your video.

Manasseh, you said something right. " Don't give money unless it is demanded.' Did Anas do that? No. Now you nailed Anas.
So you see that Manasseh agrees from his explanation that indeed there was something wrong with Anas's work. Inducing evidence as he explained and giving money without a request. I have come to like this guy's truth and sincerity except that he should have hit the nail on the head that Anas's method once he induces and coerces others to take money is wrongful.

Manasseh Azure must be careful as he might be in contempt of the court. Azure is flapping about needlessly while ignoring the facts laid out. Unfortunately this ruling is being politicised. If Anas has issue he CAN appeal.
If this ruling had been given in the U.S., the judge would have gone further to confiscate all his assets, including the cash account of Anas to Ghana. The judge says Anas is corrupted and has benefited from his work so the judge should have given everything Anas got from his investigations to the state. That's why I love U.S. judges. They are bold, courageous, and brave.

Fair comment means the statements made by Kennedy Agyapong were rooted in fact and true! What a devastating outcome for a man whose activity has led to the damage of many careers.
Some of our lawyers need to go back to school and learn. How can you say the language is too strong when you have not seen the evidence? Should the judge call a Criminal a pastor . A criminal is a criminal as the judge said after seeing the evidence available to him.

Ghana's position on illegally acquired evidence is not "it matters not" principle which is the common law principle. Ghana's position is applied on a case by case basis depending on:
1. Public policy
2. Article 18 of the 1992 Constitution.
3. Relevance.
4. Admissibility.
5. The weight of the evidence.
6. The legality.

Annas is also Lawyer of good standing-- so if he is corrupt - don't we have to use a language to degrade him. I don’t agree with Lawyer, though a person might be a suspect but the person it still not guilty until proven, so as far as a journalist decides to offer money first , then that it’s an entrapment! You should use ethics in all your dealings period.
Anas issue is a social one, where from this statement from both sides of the divide where is this politics here.

Mannaseh, inducing evidence ? Was Anas not inducing evidence by forcing people to take money ? None of the people sacked requested for the money. He gave them singularly and even plotted how the victims could be forced and coerced to take the money. Anas then induces his victims and that is what Kennedy is talking about. You dump people.
The case is the judge vs Anas. Simple.
Yes because Anas is not credible. A criminal claiming he has been defamed for being called a criminal. Whereas there are clear videos of Anas negotiating with Victims, if you pay him then he doesn’t publish your video.
