From 1:27 to 1:34, i found one character that does not have an infinite and that is the raikage Ay, he only has his neutral combo's bounce hit for do a ultimate jutsu cancel, no infinites for him 😢.
@@ramenmanflo But is not a new one, characters that had an infinite in previous games now have new infinites, cc2 should give to the raikage a new one.
@@ramenmanflo Minato is ok because he already have 2 infinites (the alive one, i do not know about the edo tensei one) but why the raikage does not need a new infinite?, one is not enough.
@@angeljulioogandomejia1035 Tobirama only has 1 infinite, both saradas only have 1 infinite, sasuke the last only have 1 infinite, i can name so many more. He doesn’t need another one

a good character depends on their jutsu, priorities, neutral play. to create a team, you should look at item sets, supports, point, resets and such
