If the video feels cut differently than normal, I am going through copyright claim disputes and doing what I can to limit that. Trying to find a happy medium moving forward.
I'm glad you pointed that out. It's my first time seeing one of your videos and I felt like the way it's cut makes it a bit unenjoyable. Don't get me wrong, it's still a good reaction. Maybe it's just because I love this album so much
Fact: the final tension synth chord in Once A Day resolves into Circle's intro, so the album literally goes eternally in loop and the title has more meaning
Another big "milestone" in Mac's growth was the mixtape Faces. I think a good route to take to see macs growth is: KIDS into Macadelic into Watching Movies With the Sound Off into Faces into GO:OD AM into Divine Feminine into Circle. In terms of fans, like me. My friends and I started listening to mac around the time Kids dropped. We were all the same age as mac so Kids(songs about partying and getting high) is what we were doing in high school. Then Faces and Macadelic dropped during a time where we were trying to discover ourselves and the meaning of our lives. Then Watching Movies with the Sound Off/GOOD AM dropped during a time we were in college trying to set our lives up. Then Divine Feminine dropped at a time where we started settling down with our significant others/finding love and its meanings. Then Swimming dropped while we were out of college in careers and trying to stay afloat in life Thus leading us into circles. I know this is long, but Mac really meant something special to people like me. I know its corny and cliche to say things like this, but dude really felt like a brother we grew up along side with and i still feel the pain of his loss to this day.
Thank you for painting this picture for me. I know that it was a great journey growing and learning alongside Mac, and I'm glad to hear his music had that impact on your life. These few albums have been doing wonders for my own growth.
this album came out right before the pandemic so it hits me in that area of nostalgia before everything seemed to changed in my (and others) lives. i have been wanting to recommend listening to phoebe bridgers “punisher” sometime in the future! it is one of my favorite albums along with Blonde and i think you would have a lot of cool thoughts on it. great video once again man!
Thank you for reacting to this album. One of my favorite albums. Swimming in Circles was definitely his best two albums that Mac has made but his whole catalog is worth a listen. Stay blessed and continue success on this channel
Well, my relationship with this album is what many people had, maybe just very diferent circumstances. I had a concussion that affected me in many different ways, but most importantly my speech and my vision. I was very depressed for a while, but this album just helped me accept the cards that I was dealt with, and try to live better, and most importantly happier. Liked the reaction, all the best to you! (edit: there are two more songs on the deluxe version of the album, they're good tracks!)
Thank you for sharing this. I'm glad to hear that the album helped in your life. I hope that you've been doing well and continuing to live and strive for your best life.
love your reaction videos so much always show so much vulnerability with how emotional the music makes you! thank you for your videos keep up the amazing work!
In response to how this album hit me, ive been a fan of Macs for so long and I remember crying my eyes out when o saw that a new song released, I didn’t even hear good news and I was already bawling, and of course every other song made me emotional in different ways, but this album seriously helped because it happened 2 months before the pandemic and after being alone and isolated for so long, this album helped cope with the isolation with some very real lyrics and messaging from the album, it’s simply amazing
Circles is such an amazing and beautiful album that will always have a special place in my heart (and together with Swimming, through the ink on my skin). Mac was such a talented musician and the way he touched so many people is a testament to his depth and empathy. There are no albums quite like Swimming and Circles, but Faces is up there quality-wise. It was released as a mixtape in 2014 but wasn't on streaming until 2021 because the samples couldn't be cleared. Originally, it ended with Grand Finale, which was purposeful, and I recommend taking a few minutes between listening to Grand Finale and the bonus track "Yeah", which definitely shouldn't be skipped. Can't wait to watch more from you!
You don’t have to make a reaction or anything but there are two extra songs on the deluxe album that have literally amazing vibes, they’re both super chill and they’re extra Mac Miller songs at the end of the day so I cherish them a lot

I love that so much. He really thought of everything.
Calm down Dwight xP you're right. But "fact!"
I also cried with Good News, that song makes me feel that everything is gonna be alright
100%. Great song to re center yourself
The way you’re able to describe parts of the songs is amazing
I appreciate this! I love to dissect the songs as much as I can in the first listen.

I can't listen to this album too often, only because it's so emotional
Agreed. I can't listen to Swimming much either anymore.
I love how the last note that plays in once a day folllowed by the first note in circles just fits perfectlly, it all comes full circle.
Bro I just finished a joint, got in bed, and the first thing I see on YT is this. Gonna be a good high, thank you.
Sounds perfect to me!

Hey man, you should react to Ants from Up There from Black Country, New Road if you haven't listened to it already. I think you would really like it!
I've heard about this one! going into next year I'll be looking at doing more modern albums.
Hey man you should do Death Grips - The Money Store on your next reaction

Do man on the moon kid cudi 🙏🏼
That will be coming in 2023!
"Everybody" is a cover of a 1972 song called "Everybody's gotta live".
