Why do you put headlines like this.i live in a foreign country and the local currency within 2years rose from 510 v $ to 900 v$. Before reducing now to 720 v $.There is always hope and confidence.

I wish we are thought money as a subject.
I am learning a kind of economics that is more like the street econs.
We send cocoa onto the international market and then we are printed Fiat currency like in cedi notes or dollar notes.
Have you asked yourself how money is always made available to buy off our gold from AGA, Newmont etc?
The moment we shudder to produce alternatives, we are en route to crash.
U. S prints their dollar and gives it out as loans to their citizens because they know there are opportunities available within their country for you to get back unto your feet and make more money so they deduct their loan from you. Does your country have that kind of confidence in its citizens?
We should always be on the verge of creating value.

You are back again, right, Prof Bokpin? Where were you when the cedi stabilized throughout 2023? These were the same things you said in 2022 entering 2023 and even predicted it was going to be worse in 2023 (on this same propaganda media platform) but what happened in 2023? It was relatively stable through out the year and you went silent on it. At the time even when the International institutions like the WB, Bloomberg and these rating agencies whose data you depend on for your so called academic analysis came out to give positive indication, you still skewed same data to suite your negative agenda. In fact some of you in the academia for reasons better known to yourselves make the teaching profession at that highest level a mockery. You make it unattractive for anyone ( especially the younger generation) to wish to get to that level of academic. Yes, we all know things are not the best for our Economy but do you have to create fear and panic? Do you realize the implications of your statement " There's currently no confidence in the Economy" on the Economy looking at you position and influence? You are doing more harm than good to your country. This can never happen in many countries especially China where even when things are bad they will defend with all their might for the sake of country. In China, they have their own Economic data which in many cases different from what the International bodies put out and that is what they use in projecting their country. Even both senior and junior members in academia use data from Chinese research institutions for their research works. Why do you think they do that? Food for thought.

My conclusion is that we are not wiser or knowledgeable than those who are not creating sensationalism out of their predicaments. It's about communication and love for country and that's why I gave the Chinese example.
