I miss Reagan. FYI, the minuteman is still the only land based ICBM in the USA. Early 1960s design. The brightest spot is in submarine launched missiles, our subs seem to be able to conduct multiple war patrols before serious dock time is needed. And in schools there were lessons of NVP, where children were told how to behave in such a situation, taught to provide first aid.
