uhhhh this song is about the singer's lover dying (most likely in a war of some kind) as the singer thinks back about the first day they met the "we'll meet again" is referencing heaven. they will meet again, just not in life. so using that in reference to the quarantine is a little morbid (though not wholly untrue)
