Heres a Tails Khaos Kontraption tip: There's a blacklist system included in the mod, which you can add or remove effects to. My best recommendation to reach this menu is to start a free play race, go to addons > addon settings, and find something that says blacklist. (It's been a while since I've ever played with this mod so I don't remember everything lol)
I've used it to turn off Windy Day. I agree with you, Windy Day effect is honestly the worst chaos effect in this entire mod. Like with literally every other effect, its either comedic as all heck OR you can at least grip with the effect if it isn't good, but then Windy Day comes in and ruins your fun by literally making it harder to slip through the track.
