for completely f2p (assuming you're running in international), windblume ode is probably your best bet if you have it, if you don't then stringless, mouun's moon or blackcliff just for the stats can be good. If you're not using xiangling, then yeah probably just mouun's moon or blackcliff

Diona is better than layla because more cryo particle mean u don't need to worry about energy and also heal, but Layla can fill that spot
