We are aware of frame flex issues. But they are across manufacturers and usually with heavier rigs. We are buying lighter and smaller. Are we hesitant? Yes. Every RV buy is a gamble, just like any house buy And please be respectful with your opinions 🤗
Buying a house to me is way different other than if you are flipping houses like I did in the 80's. The house isn't going through an earthquake every time you enter it like a trailer. I know Lippert makes most all the frames and going smaller is better for sure. Keeps the odds lower of having a problem. We sold our Class C and was going to go to a 5th wheel or bumper pull and narrowed it down to a bumper pull as I don't want to lose my bed on the truck but have held off because of quality and prices. Told the wife that we may just have to buy a little place at the lake we like to go to the most and forget the RV life which I hate to do as my first brand new camper I purchased in 1972. Almost would feel like when you get to the point in life when they say give me your keys to the vehicle as you can't drive any longer. I am hoping for many more years of fun. Like Toby Keith's song, Don't let the old man in. Take care and stay blessed.
How can you enjoy when they sit in the shop for repairs more time than they are out? I have seen that with motorhomes also. My last C I did all the coach repairs and oil and lube myself. Many can't do that. Many also should not own a RV as they know nothing about them and anything goes wrong they take it in.@@michaelpowell9164
Nice one...........I also had to downsize from my Class A RV ........I live in my travel trailer full time now.....My wife passed away,it's just me and my dog.
Camping world made us the best offer on our travel trailer, better than we were getting on trade. we took their check but didn't buy the new rig from them.
@@larrywade9041There are several lawyers on TH-cam who have negative things to say about Camping World. I'm talking about buying an RV from them from them.
@@michelleconcannon7584Good for you. Get what you can from C.W. and run away fast. I'd certainly question some of the tactics new RV sales staff there use but alas they are not alone in the RV world in doing those things. This is one reason why if you can find a good dealership, stick with them.
I just had one of these on each side of me. The two owners kept yapping to each other complimenting themselves about what great taste in RV's they both had 😄
I am not a brand loyalist - and I do own a 2018 Grand Design. We bought ours used and are very happy with it, 4 years in after buying it in 2020. Personally, I wouldn't buy a brand new GD (way overpriced and dislike some of the new features they added) but a used one can be great! For all those commenting about "frame flex" - that is a manufacturing issue with Lippert and many RV manufacturers of the larger and heavier fifth wheels. I wouldn't hesitate to buy that Reflection if it checks all your boxes and passes your inspection! Good luck and best wishes! (I'm glad you didn't go through CW - they are not good as a dealership, as you found). Im looking forward to your updates!!❤
Thanks. We tried to find what we wanted used - but not pandemic built. We actually found a great deal new, And we agree about frame flex, heavier units, and Lippert. Alice
Our friends just sold their 2017 Refection after the entire back wall came off when the staples holding it rusted. They were devastated and sold it for parts. Good luck!
@@talascamthat sounds like an anomaly. There has to be more to that story. I've seen back walls damaged and still held together with more than just staples. 🤷♀️
You will love this floor plan. We have the exact floor plan but it is an Alliance 30 RLS. We've been in ours for 2 years and like everything about it. We are full-time and find it plenty big for us.
We bought a used 2017 30RL Chaparral Lite about 3 years ago that has the same floor design and love it! The dual door bathroom is one of our favorite features. Had a 41 foot Sandpiper Toyhauler and this Chaparral is great for us and it has more cabinet storage that the kitchen in our home .
Our first RV was a Reflection 27RL although we almost got the Reflection 303. That was in 2015. We owned it for almost five years and then bought a Solitude 310. We had great luck and very few issues with either RV. Slides and levelers always worked. We grew tired of the size of these RVs and traded last summer for an 28 foot Airstream. We are loving it but we could easily be in a Reflection 303. Except for the size it checks all the boxes.
Eventually you will find what you are looking for, Keep the vids coming let us know what you pick. As full timers you know what you need and don't need. And you have the experience to know what flaws to look for what works and what does not. Taking your time not rushing. I see to many that just jumped in because of the pressure from the salesperson taking their word for it., only to leave them abandoned when they have problems. We also wanted to stay under 35ft , and the reflection came so so close. Once we saw the KS Montana HC 331rl floorplan and got in one we just could not get any more boxes checked no matter what model we looked at. We know whatever you choose, we will def be waiting get allot of Larrys MacGyver fix it vids.... Good Luck in finding your new home!
We like the 303RLS - you can have a good welder add the V reinforcements to the axle hangers. Also would add the Morryde X-brace to the middle hangers. They are using additional steel tubing above the axles/below the main I beam framing which is good. When we were shopping we almost bought the 303RLS - the 2930RL was $10K more and we bought that one, but the 303RLS was the one we had our eyes on. For solar charger/inverter/batteries there should be a lot of room behind the basement wall. I am not hearing a lot about Reflection 5th wheel issues - people seem to really like them - specifically the 303RLS model. It checked all of our boxes - even some our 2930RL did not check such as bedroom flow through ventilation. I upgraded the bathroom fan to provide powered ventilation in the bedroom if needed. Also nice to have the window behind the stove that opens - our 2930RL has a fixed window there. Lots of roof real estate for panels too. The 2930RL is a similar camper except wide body tall profile with drop frame. Otherwise they are very similar in layout and systems (ie: electric slides, electric landing gear, etc.)
But why should you have to do this. Why would you buy this crap and have to reformulate the whole frame. No one buys a 90k pick up truck and does this to the frame, why is this acceptable with no accountability on the trailer manufacturer's end??
@@oscargeorge1, we had to do that to our GD 303RLS. We noticed a lot of both spring failures and spring hanger failures being posted on the FB groups. It doesn't happen to probably 95% of owners, but we did not want to be stuck roadside -- we experienced that once before in another trailer -- so we paid a welder to handle it and I bought better 3000lb springs. After that was taken care of, it was a great trailer.
Unfortunately, RV manufacturers know we are willing to buy “crap” because the market lets them get away with it. You are right - car manufacturers wouldn’t get away with it. But RVs are still seen as unnecessary “toys” instead of homes Alice
This is the floor plan I wanted with the master suite feel of having the bath open to the bedroom. This is a pretty perfect floor plan! All rigs these days have issues, and you just need to do your research and decide what you can and can not live with. New home is exciting!🔆🐾
We have been fulltime in a 2018 303rls it’s been very comfortable for us. We actually are looking to go even shorter as we are almost done with our goal of traveling to all lower 48 and Canada. Still looking for our next rig but it will be under 30 with a higher carrying capacity. We don’t take this off pavement, maintain speeds at 65 mph max except to pass and don’t travel with full tanks either. Lippert advised no more than 10 gallons of freshwater on board. We don’t have any frame flex issues. We did have a slide issue in 2019 that gauged the floor. GD in early models like ours had come up with the upgraded appliances that year and did not beef up the slide box floor in the kitchen. It required gutting the main area. This was done at the factory and GD paid for everything apologized as well for the design mistake. So yes, I have been treated well by GD and understand these trailers are not built as robust as we would feel comfortable taking them off-road. One thing to consider is the carrying capacity is low so be careful adding too much weight. Another issue that leads to frame issues.
It was Lippert that advised against traveling with full tanks. The freshwater tank has no baffles so that water sloshing around does tend to wreak havoc on frame and floor aluminum supports.
makes sense. these units are built light to enable a lower end truck to pull them, but they must off all optional weight before being towed to alleviate any undue stress on the frames or other components. @@vivian2077
Vivian, please see one of more popular videos about the importance of weighing at a Cat Scale. We are very aware of weight. One of the problems with our Solitude is it was heavy coming from the factory. We are going smaller and lighter, Alice
@@DownsizingMakesCents oh I know you both are experienced, I was commenting on the carrying capacity of the 303 for fulltime use. I wish it was at least 3,000 lbs. Other than that, we have been happy with the layout and storage.
We bought it NEW in 2019 , our 303 RLS and since then , we made so much improvements , Fantastic fan in the bathroom , Key pad entry From RV-LOCK dimmer switches for ceilling lights , and the one outside under the awnings , Then , OUT goes the FRIDGE , ( TIRED OF SOFT ICE CREAM ) LOL , went with a RESIDENTIAL one , added a inverter for the fridge , Lithium battery , Solar panel on the roof also added a soft start module for the A/C just in the video that Larry did , added MAXX AIR , swap ( 2 )chairs at the dinning table , for a Bench for more storage , Modified the suspension well we replaced with CRE 3000 , added brackets for those leaf springs ( all of them ) and got rid of the CHINA BOMB tires , for GOOD YEAR ENDURANCE 10 ply , and change the Pin Box for a MORRYDE ( RPB72-1621HD-05 ) and we are still in love with that floor plan , Good Camping for you , and be safe on the road !
Sounds like a lot of the same c upgrades we have to pull off our Solitude to put on our new rig. We are looking forward to a fresh start. Thanks for sharing your mods. Dimmer lights is a new one. Can I convince Larry to do that? 🤔 😁 Alice
You guys are so funny!! We have a GD Reflection 150 series the 278BH but are looking at the same unit for the living area, and we don't need a bunkhouse that my wife thought we needed for our 30-year-old son to come and visit...Not!! Anyway, I would have suggested this one in your last video but, you were so against GD!! I'm glad you liked it and the tour was just what I needed to confirm my choice!! Larry, I used the front bay (which is the same size) for all my solar with the Victron inverter/charger fits in there nicely but you won't have room for your boards :((
Bryan, It was hard for me to “ eat my words” but Larry was willing to compromise on size and storage. Good to hear about front basement. I’ll tell Larry. Thanks for the positive comment 🤗 and from someone with actual GD experience, Alice
We bought a 2020 303 RLS from a wonderful couple who kept it in great shape and has added a medicine cabinet and the cabinet over the toilet. We are only weekend folks but our goal in retirement is volunteering at National Parks so all the cabinets are fantastic! I like the idea of putting the solar in the front compartment based on several that I’ve seen. But I do believe from what I’ve watched in the past drew there is room behind the walls. Like you, it checked every box or almost every box we wanted. We love the dual entrances into the bathroom so when we are friends with us, they can go in their own door and we can go into our bedroom. like you must have seats that look directly at the TV. We like our table for playing games but the desk location is perfect with that big window. Love, the two awnings as well. The bedroom slide for wardrobe is fantastic. We got it because also going to national parks we wanted the shortest camper with a good layout and we felt that was the shortest camper with the best layout. I hope that you find the one that’s right for you. Fun video haven’t seen you guys before and it was enjoyable. Basically because I agreed with you on all the things you said about the rig that we own. It’s fantastic. And frame flex, all frames flex. That’s a miss use of the word. Your car frame also flexes airplanes flex. I think people look for things to complain about sometimes. Again you’re driving a 10,000 pound box around it’s gonna have some issues. 😂
Douglas, Sounds like we have a lot in common. I would love to work at a National Park. Thanks for being logical and explaining about frame flex - though the problem seems to be with bigger, heavier rigs. Glad you found us 🤗 Alice
We bought a gently used 2018 Grand Design 303RLS, which has been a very good choice for us. No RV is ever going to be perfect, but this one is pretty close for our needs. We feel like we got great value as far as quality vs. price. No regrets.
Aurora, Great to read. Especially from someone with actual experience. Thanks. And you are right - it’s a lower price point so many things will be cheaper than our Solitude, Alice
Hey, we upgraded to a classC. Be careful if you invest in a class c with slideouts. New slideouts are not all made as well as others. A mobile mechanic said that he had to travel half way across the country just for a stuck slide.
We were very lucky, our Four Winds Chateau is a 2009 and the slide out is on a very substantial track. If you compare them the amount of aluminum on some of the tracks is so much less. And when it comes time to do the upkeep don't forget to grease the track. And spray the rubber preservative on the seal.
I think the layout is fine, and all of the cabinets will be welcome. The one thing I would suggest doing before you finalize any deal is to put the unit on a scale. I have gone by the builder's weight on the nameplate and been surprised each time when I weigh my new (used) motorhome and find out it is significantly heavier than what they claim. I do not live in the motorhome full time, so it has not affected me too much. But if you are planning on filling all of those cabinets, plus that refrigerator you should know before you buy if that will result in an overload, and a potential frame issue. Good Luck!!
Great idea we are going to weigh it brand new and see if the specs are accurate plus it gives us a baseline, i weigh at least twice and year and have done it since day one. Larry
So, I was watching and listening to your “ins & outs”, and based on what I’ve heard you say, I’d encourage you to find and look at a late 2019-early 2020 GD Solitude s-class 2930rl. The frame flex issue doesn’t seem to be present on these. Not as heavy as the mama Solitude, but you still get your height & width. Based on what I’ve heard you guys say, here’s a short list of things you seem to want… -34’ 4” length -Big outside storage -north/south bed with closet slide (Recommend queen to allow walk-around feature) -“Jack&Jill” bathroom (huge!) -massive cabinets & pantry -a nice long, Larry napping couch -big “wide openable” windows on camp side of the rig -no carpet (except the 2 strips you mentioned in the bedroom) -no heat registers on the floors -2 ACs, ducted -Morryde steps that lift easily, and the grab bar folds against the door -When slides are in, Larry can still get to his ice cream 😂 Of note, I’d remove the shower doors (60lbs, 2019 didn’t have them), and reinforce closet clothes bars. Also, the fridge is fine for us, but I think you’d want a bigger one.
Really appreciate the time you took to spell this out. We appreciate it. But we decided that overall, this floor plan is the best compromise for us. Thanks again. You put a lot of thought into it. We appreciate it 🤗 Alice
I like your 303. It's just like my F.R. 32'11"5th Wheel. We bought it new on 10-1-2020. (yes it is a 2021). We are not full timers. We stay home in the winter, Nov.1 to Mar 1st.We have been camping sense 1972. Like your TH-cam.
We have the same model in a 2020 year model and we love it, great floor plan perfect size you can never get everything you want but this definitely fits our needs.
Back in 2021 we purchased a Keystone Montana High Country 281ck which is 32’ long. They do not make that model any longer but they make a similar model...I think would be the 295RL but it is 2 feet longer. We looked at every Grand Design on the lot at LazyDays tampa and they all just seemed cheap compared to the Keystone. We have been very happy with our choice and would never switch to a GD. Maybe in the future we will trade up to one with a couple more feet or get a super c but for now this is perfect and we can take it pretty much anywhere which is why we picked this length.
I like it but have some concerns around the frame issues. I am a fan of the Cougar MLE, but all rigs have some issue you have to weigh in on. Best of luck on your decision, it’s yours and yours alone. I am sure you will find the one that best fits your needs. Can’t wait to hear about it.
We have a Grand Design 29RS, which is almost identical to the 303RLS, just reversed downstairs. It's 30'11", but the kitchen slide is on the camping side. They don't make our model anymore, but if we got a new rig, it would be the 303RLS. We love our Grand Design and have never had problems with the very few issues we have had. People complain about the frame issues, but most that I have heard of are the very long rigs, usually seem to be over 40 feet. It's just the two of us & the smaller, but roomier size is perfect. Good luck in your decision making!
i have a 2014 303rls grand design reflection and other than the refrigerator it is laid out the same. we got it for many of the same things that you are looking for. we have had our 2014 the longest of any rv that we have owned.
You have a really nice channel!!! The 2024 303 is very nice - we considered one also. It’s a n good choice :) For various reasons we stayed in TY and ultimately chose an Alliance Delta 292.
We were looking at this one and the Cougar 290RLS. We ended up going with the Cougar. It came down to the solar package and the washer/dryer prep in the kitchen for us.
James, Larry installed our solar system years ago. We will move it off our old rig onto our new one. In 4 years traveling full time, we didn’t have a washer and dryer - we didn’t want the extra weight or take up space. Glad you found what fits your needs, Alice
we have 27RL GD 2016 same layout without the island ( we just setup a table when needed) we love ours, If you notice your shackles are welded to a 2x2 tubing, and not to frame, much better, and the trailer is a lot lighter.
We have the grand design reflection model number 340RDS ours doesn’t have the island which I love because it gives you a separate living room, which I think would work for you guys too. We’ve had minor issues with it but overall it’s been great. We’ve had it for about three years.
From what I see the Brinkley 2900 is only heavier, not taller or wider. You have to make the right choice for you. We are looking and would love the Brinkley but as I am now the driver and have never towed before I'm a little scared of starting right off the bat with a 5er.
The Brinkley is pretty close to our Solitude. We are going for overall smaller and lighter. This will be our 4th RV - second fifth wheel. We had a travel trailer and a Class B before. Research. Some people tent before they buy. Good luck, Alice
We have a Grand Design 303RLS (2018) and we love it. We have had very few problems and those were taken care of very quickly by our dealer. If you do get the 303rls, I think you will enjoy it as much as we do ours. Good luck and safe travels.
We owned a 2020 Grand Design 303RLS and really liked it. It is a very nice rig. Good luck with it if that is the one you choose. You guys look really happy with the 303RLS! Since mountain biking is our thing and we are going full time with 4 mountain bikes, we upgraded to an Alliance Paradigm 310RL because we can carry 2 of the bikes in the basement in addition to the two on the rear. We loved the Reflection's sliding windows and chose the Alliance in part because it was the only full profile fifth wheel that had similar big sliding windows -- the Solitude, as you know, does not. Good luck with your choice!
Have you inspected the spring hangers on the reflection to see if they have reinforced them, especially on the rear axle, this is where most of the spring hanger failures have been. Ask to see what the side to side weights are, I have seen quite a few comments on the GD owners forum that the driver side of the trailer is quite a bit heavier than the passenger side and it causes the springs to sag on some of the older 303's
We saw a lot of those failures on the forums when we owned a 303RLS. We really liked our unit, but we changed out the springs to 3000 pounds and paid a welder to reinforce the hangers. As long as most of them get through warranty, they don't care unfortunately.
Have you seen the numerous other channels with their fifth wheel Grand Design broken frames? There are several! I would consider frame as more important than cabinets and drawers. Tell them you want a 7 year warranty on the frame!
The first thing i do when touring an rv is crawl under and look at the suspension and frame, is it well build, is it over loaded and under engineered, are the welds looking good, is the frame painted well, is it rusting, cracks ect. After our experience, i think the frame will be something we pay special attention to. Larry
Just FYI Alliance Avenue 29RL has same floorplan for comparison. There are a few others also, Cougar 290rls and Brinkley 2900. We have loved the 303 floorplan since it came out. Have not bought it yet.
Thanks. We looked at all the brands and models. Some had bedroom and bathroom blocked with a slide in. Some were too tall or too heavy. Or windows didn’t open all the way or on wrong side. We have a video all about the features we are looking for. That’s why we picked this one, Alice
@@DownsizingMakesCents Just making sure. I'm sure you looked at all the brands with the similar floor plan. I think GD was out with it first. All the best on your purchase and next adventure.
We think you are on to something great for you folks. We were just at our local RV show and toured some reflections. They are decent quality for the price point and the ones we seen had very diverse floor plans. The only thing we weren't stuck on is the north -south bed. But you made some valid points why you choose that Best of luck in the " Let's make a deal department " 😊😊
Rob, Yes. They are what they are for the price. Recently listening to the pounding rain on our bedroom slide made us anxious for the change And thank you. You shall see which door we choose 😉 Alice
Larry and his nap needs....so much for under 30 ft... I guessed it when I reviewed his spreadsheet! Lol😅 We just did the KZ 240 from family owned dealership.....great experience!
🤣 he loves his naps. But on a serious note, with his condition, he needs more rest than most. I compromised on length. He compromised on storage 😁 Hope the rig you pick works for you. Alice
I think it is a good choice for you both. Non drop frames have a much much better frame history than drop frames. Brinkley new units as you know have been built with no drop frames on two of their 5th wheels. At any rate it is a good choice at that price point.
I see a lot of bad comments about GD but it doesn’t appear any are speaking from experience. Just parrots. I have a 2020 Solitude 310gkr and absolutely love it. Have had small issues like all RVs have and GD acted fast to deal with them. On a couple occasions I had them just send me the parts and they let me fix it. Such as bath fan motor and lighted switches. As far as “Frame Flex”, all frames should flex. I think they might be talking about frame failure. It happens with all brands but I’d like to know how many of the rigs were over weight, driven off road on rough terrain for boondocking, etc. You know better then any of these negative Nellies what it’s like to own a GD so make you own decision based on facts. I know if it was me and I was downsizing from my 310gk, I’d get that 303 in a heartbeat. Get what you feel comfortable with and good luck.
Agreed! And watch out - they are trying to attack anyone who disagrees, even though we are owners. I'm not stuck on GD - I loved our previous Forest River Rockwood too - to be fair, experience is better than gossip.
Thank you. So much negativity. We are shocked. Plus, many people obviously don’t know our channel. We aren’t newbies. We really appreciate the support, Alice
Potential buyer here so I am far from an expert. Just curious about all these frame issues I keep hearing about . I am carefully exploring all possibilities.
It is a problem with Lippert frames on 40' and larger fifth wheels of many brands. So many TH-camrs own these large GD, live full time in them and take them off road and all over. The problems are posted publicly so it appears to be only GD problems but Montana's and other brands are also having issues if you do the research. They weren't designed for all that but these big and heavy rear kitchens and toy haulers are the most common, which again are used by the vloggers. The 310 Solitude, like DMC has, is not a typical "frame flex"(misnomer- it's stress not flex) problem but actual damage from driving into a ditch. Long overhang and sudden drop can cause problems. Insurance covered theirs as an accident.
@@Roadtripmischief As a 310GK owner I agree with your assessment. The only thing I'll add is that the Sumo bags on their Solitude were the "death blow" when they 'Evil Knieveld' into that ditch.
You are right about most of what you wrote. But cause and effect is complicated. Our broken frame was explained in our video - by experts - as due to Sumo Springs, Alice
Cause and effect is complicated. Though many frame issues are with rigs that have never gone off road. Plus, the experts that actually had hands on our frame clearly stated in our video is was due to Sumo Springs
Not exactly what you were looking at when we met at the Jacksonville show, but that’s a very nice rig! Very similar to ours except for the back. We have the bunk house back there in our 311BHS. Hoping you both get what you want!
I see that GD has made a few changes since I last looked. It sure looks like it's checking most of your boxes. I'm more impressed with the dealer. That really counts for a lot. Because they all break at some point, and how you're treated afterward is very important. Happy hunting.
Nothing mentioning the cargo weight that you would have. I know that there are issues with the larger GD units but haven’t heard much about the smaller units. It’s what you feel comfortable with buying, but for me I would prefer a different brand.
We have a grand design 2022 2970RL. The floor plan is the same. I wish it had the cabinets like this one…and bigger refrigerator though. That Bedroom slide is nice too…. We looked at this one and the one we have. The imagine 2970rl fit our budget better and we camp 7 to 8 times a yea. Love my Grand Design …….
I have enjoyed watching your videos, you talk about the good & not so good about this lifestyle. While I am not a GD fan, you are both big girls & boys & have had enough RV's to know the ropes. I've had my Montana for over 2 years w/ 30k miles on it. Have dealt with some frame flex, a trip to Alaska, and other stuff. Keystone (in my case) stood behind everything & even some things they didn't need to. To me having a good dealer to work with is important and it sounds like you have a good for the things that are beyond Larry's capability. Good luck with your purchase, and hope to see you on the road.
Gary, Appreciate you recognizing that we are adults with experience. And sharing your personal experience with us without any bias. I am hesitant getting another GD - but we are both compromising. Plus, the frame issue is mostly with bigger rigs and across brands. Larry is pretty darn handy with awesome experience. Thanks for your support, 🤗 Alice
One thing you need to consider is more storage = more items to carry. More you carry the more weight then you are over weight on the frame and suspension when you go to a light weight trailer. The reflection is also a lower end unit with not Dual pane windows and less insulation in the walls floor and ceiling. Your Ram Dually can carry more weight so why not look at something more full time friendly with IS suspension and disk brakes. The Brinkley or Alliance Paradigm 29Ft might be a better option. Reflection full timing not sure that it would hold up long term.
We want smaller. Brinkley is basically another Solitude. We know we need to carry less. Since we plan on going half time, we were looking for smaller, Alice
congrats to both of you! looking forward to seeing you guys up in the Great White North later this year when the weather is warmer...I will bring gluten-free food this time!
Hey Tony, it took me a while to realize this was the Tony, I only have a couple of friends that watch our videos, you’d have to be a good friend to sit through this, ha ha, we’re not sure when we’re gonna make it back up to Ontario but hopefully soon get the gluten-free ready. Lar
Beautiful unit. It is a bit smaller but that will work to your advantage by limiting how much stuff you accumulate! 😀 BTW I just subscribed to undercover RV tech and his beef with Grand Design is that they knowingly us out of code plumbing assembly that they know will leak because of wrong fittings
Glad y'all might have found the one. I hope it works out. Dealer seemed real good. I will say our last one was a family dealership. They where good up until we signed the papers then they acted just like the big stores. Don't trust any of them. Y'all already know that though. Hope if that is the one you get a great deal and it does you good. Look forward to the update.
Looks nice. Since this is not your first rodeo buying an RV, I say get what you like and get what you want. There is a lot of negative going out nowadays about Grand Design. I have a Grand Design and so far I have not had any issues. The issues is RV wide just not Grand Design. Good Luck, and my biggest downfall was the dealer I bought from.
Tim, Huge thanks for getting it 🤗 This will be our fourth rig - we have bought used and new. We aren’t newbies. And you are right - it’s not just GD and with heavier rigs, Alice
I think this could be the one. Only if alice gets past the hurdle of it being a Grand Design. I remember you had issues with your slide and I remember Larry working on the steps. But I know you both like this one. And it fits you. How old is it? It’s nice. I’m happy for you if you get it. If don’t get it it’s alright too! I love you both! Stay safe. I’ll pray if it’s the right one. See you both soon!
Sounds like this floor-plan could really work for you. Very happy for you that dealing with this dealer has re-energized you both on the RV and life planning experience. Safe Travels - Stay Well, T&J (our 2nd snowbird winter on the NC/SC border / global warming weather sweet-spot)
Beautiful! You’ve been doing this long enough to know when it feels right. Go with your gut unless someone else wants to pay for a better one…😜😂😂. Great video!
I’m glad you found a floor plan that checks most of the boxes but you obviously had to give up on your goal of downsizing significantly. Looks like you’re going from 35’ to 33’? For me, the radius shower and the Schwintek slide would be show stoppers but if you are OK with those things then enjoy the new rig!
We actually wanted a smaller shower, but this big glass design is not great, i agree. We need the extra storage that the bedroom slide offers, If it breaks , NBD, Alice will just have to get in bed from the bottom. She’s on the left always. Larry
Just seen way to many frame and quality issues with Grand Design. We are in the market for a new to us 5th wheel and we will not look at a Grand Design. We are also looking for a smaller 5th wheel. Wish they would make more 5th wheels under 35' with all of the comfort features like the big rigs. Good luck with your new rig!!! With the right dealership, you hopefully have someone to help you in the event you need them.
You are so right about smaller fifth wheels. Just because we want smaller doesn’t mean we won’t pay for quality and features! Good luck on your new rig. Grand Design isn’t the only company with frame issues. They are all Lippert. There are few Lippert/Furrion products we are happy with And thanks for the well wishes. We are on our 6 month summer trip. Just did a week of vlogs all about trip prep, fixes, and upgrades Alice Alice
We looked at over 100 units. I’m really glad we went with a new 2022 Grand Design 320 MKS. Interest Rates where lower then, $450 a month 22 years, how do you beat that? We Absolutely love it, took it from Cali to Florida twice already. We had a couple small problems, needed to bolt down the refrigerator. Couple shades weren’t working properly. Grand Design was awesome. They even paid for a mobile service to come out. We took out the dining room set also because it was a very uncomfortable and tight space. Put the couch over there and a power La-Z-Boy, where the couch was. Ours has a desk already in it that we can eat on or the couch. We have tons of space. We also have a king bed that goes out on the slide. We like our large wardrobe in the front. It also has a nice size shower. 😎👍
Thats the unit i was going to buy. I did the walk through i put money down then the finance guy tried and tried to sell me the $3500 extended warranty. I rufused the warranty many times causing the finance guy to cock his head sideways and say "what you can't afford it ?" That was an insult that cost them a sale.. Thanks DMC
If that guy said that to me I would have told him right there “…I make more money RETIRED than you do working!” and I would have been gone quicker than you. When you work since you were sixteen years old and able to retire at six figures.
Why didn't you buy it without the warranty? We did - the finance guy got nasty with us but just tell him you don't need the expensive paper just to feel better about buying used. They can't force it on you. I enjoyed sticking it to him - guess he had to wait longer for his vacation money (kickback on that overpriced "warranty").
I understand where they are coming from! When shopping for our truck a salesman told me to come back after shopping and he would match our lowest price. My response was “ lowest price gets the sale”-- he wouldn’t even give me a quote. We bought from the lowest sales quote- GMC Sierra 3500HD - hauls our unit like it isn’t even there!
Grand design’s are not perfect, but they do TRY. They are one of the few who do QC checks before it goes out the door, so you know at least it left the factory in near perfect condition. I also love that their holding tanks are larger than any other manufacturer. One red flag might be the frame, if it is a LIPPERT search for the ‘model number and frame’ issue or problems and see what has happened. User forms are also a great source of information, check them out.
@@DownsizingMakesCents - All I know is multiple RV’s, 5W and trailers, multiple manufacturers, and one common denominator… Lippert. The finger pointing is what gets me, Lippert says they supplied to manufacturers specifications, the manufacturers blame Lippert. Some trailer frames have collapsed as they exit gas stations or go over a bump in the road. The problem is where the breaks/bends occur are hidden, you don’t realize it until later.
Love smaller family dealers; We traveled from Miami, FLA to Cookeville RV & Marine in TN to trade our camper for an Imagine 22 xls “2022”. and will say that Grand Design does a great job at many cabinets but better yet, they focus on drawers! No other maker focuses more on drawers than Grand Design.
My daughter has a grand design solitude for sale. Been sitting while getting into a house. About 14 months in my yard. Residential refrigerator! I think 35ft. Looks same as that one
Did you look at an Outdoors RV? They have smaller fivers & solidly built. We bought our new to us fifth wheel from a small dealer and thus far it was a really good experience. We pick it up next month!
That model does have a fine floorplan that many found to be so ...."flexible". Hey Larry, you did notice the lack of complete gussetting on the axle attachement. Hope you get a full insurance coverage on an used RV ? Because you know you'll have to scrap that rig, again, in a few short years.
The dealer actually emailed GD and asked them why the front and rear spring hanger were not reinforced with the internal gusset. We will include the answer to that in a future video but, for lets just say, it was and engineering choice for GD and lippert. But a bad one. Larry
There so many things we like about this fifth wheel (length, layout, tank size, storage). Just have one concern, the cargo carrying capacity. Not sure of the weight of all the solar and how that will factor in.
I'm not sure how you can reward bad products and even worse customer service. Not sure what happened here, but when the frame breaks on this new one (should you buy it), at least there will be more videos. That I enjoy!
I know it seems like us TH-camrs a breaking our rv on purpose to make dramatic content, but i assure you, i am praying for absolutely zero problems with the rig. We are going to boondock extensively this summer and put it to the test, i would much rather to have a fault free RV and NO views on our videos. I want to go back to making DIY videos that dont get a lot of views, but help a lot of people. Larry
I personally don't think that you all did anything wrong! That's why I'm baffled that you would consider another GD product. Small or big, they seem to be built poorly. Then, for extra fun, they're seemingly not backed up by their manufacturer at the same time.
We are aware of frame flex issues. But they are across manufacturers and usually with heavier rigs.
We are buying lighter and smaller.
Are we hesitant? Yes. Every RV buy is a gamble, just like any house buy
And please be respectful with your opinions 🤗
@@jimg2885RV industry needs a complete overhaul- they should break when you drive or tow down a road - like the attended use
Oh lord....lol Go buy that RV then. Enjoy.
Bottom line I think you’re aware of all risks and it checks the boxes, if you can get one at a reasonable cost go for it and enjoy it!
This one looks like it hits all the likes, but I would go with the Brinkley.
Yup, Brinkley is built much better, but you will pay for it. And you do get what you pay for!
Brinkley definitely is the way to go.
Kim,
Brinkley is bigger and heavier than we want - definitely not downsizing 😁

So sorry to read this
Sorry for your loss, stay strong brother
Sorry for your loss. It’s not easy . Stay strong. 😁

I agree about the smaller dealerships being better than the larger ones. Campingworld is a no-no for me.
You are correct. Look up the 2 videos that I relayed over to Downsizing makes sense. Especially video #2 from the lawyer speaking about Campingworld.
We went with a family-owned small dealership for our Alliance and are so happy with did. They have been fantastic.
I just had one of these on each side of me. The two owners kept yapping to each other complimenting themselves about what great taste in RV's they both had 😄
🤣
I love it! And love that you guys love it! I hope it all works out 🤞💕👍
Thank you, Jonny 🤗

We actually found a great deal new,
And we agree about frame flex, heavier units, and Lippert.

You will love this floor plan. We have the exact floor plan but it is an Alliance 30 RLS. We've been in ours for 2 years and like everything about it. We are full-time and find it plenty big for us.

Great to read. I can’t wait to go smaller, 🤗

Wow. Sounds awesome. Glad you found a rig for you,
Alice
We have a 2022 Reflection 303RLS and love it. No issues so far. Would not hesitate to buy another Grand Design.
I wonder how many thumbs down clicks this statement has gotten? You Tube is scared of letting people see the thumbs down truth.
Great to read from someone with actual GD experience. Not sure what to do with all the negativity
Doug,
Great to hear from experienced GD owners that get it.
I’m hesitant with GD. But Larry and I are both willing to compromise
Alice
i wouldn't give grand design another dime!
I’m hesitant. But we both made compromises picking this
Eventually you will find what you are looking for, Keep the vids coming let us know what you pick.
Thanks. Larry definitely can fix and or modify almost anything with a rubber band and some glue 🤣
Alice
This is the one we bought back in October, and we love it. Getting set up with solar with victron 3000 x 120vx2 upon the front storage.
Ted,
Awesome. We will move our 6 solar panels - if they fit 😁 - 4 lithium and Victron over from our Solitude,
Alice
You hit a lot of the reasons we like this rig - windows that open where other rigs they don’t.
We are looking forward to customizing it 🤗
Alice
Sounds like a great investment
Unfortunately, RV manufacturers know we are willing to buy “crap” because the market lets them get away with it.
You are right - car manufacturers wouldn’t get away with it. But RVs are still seen as unnecessary “toys” instead of homes
Alice
This is the floor plan I wanted with the master suite feel of having the bath open to the bedroom. This is a pretty perfect floor plan! All rigs these days have issues, and you just need to do your research and decide what you can and can not live with. New home is exciting!🔆🐾
There will be lots of adjustments for sure.
Thanks guys,
Alice
Another issue that leads to frame issues.
so GD said dont travel with more than 10 gallons to prevent frame flex; interesting and likely viable point.
We are going smaller and lighter,

@@DownsizingMakesCents oh I know you both are experienced, I was commenting on the carrying capacity of the 303 for fulltime use. I wish it was at least 3,000 lbs. Other than that, we have been happy with the layout and storage.

Douglas,
Sounds like we have a lot in common. I would love to work at a National Park.
Thanks for being logical and explaining about frame flex - though the problem seems to be with bigger, heavier rigs.
Glad you found us 🤗

We bought a gently used 2018 Grand Design 303RLS, which has been a very good choice for us. No RV is ever going to be perfect, but this one is pretty close for our needs. We feel like we got great value as far as quality vs. price. No regrets.

Hey, we upgraded to a classC. Be careful if you invest in a class c with slideouts. New slideouts are not all made as well as others. A mobile mechanic said that he had to travel half way across the country just for a stuck slide.
Tim,
My dream rig is a Super C.
Thanks for the heads up on the slides.
I hope you don’t have any issues,
Alice
We were very lucky, our Four Winds Chateau is a 2009 and the slide out is on a very substantial track. If you compare them the amount of aluminum on some of the tracks is so much less. And when it comes time to do the upkeep don't forget to grease the track. And spray the rubber preservative on the seal.
Wardrobe versus bed slide... Good point
Andrew, thanks. After 4 years in one unit, the differences will be interesting,

Nice rig. You two are pros and know what you want. Of course there are caveats but trust your gut! Have fun with the hunt!
You are absolutely right, sometimes you have to go with you spidey senses, and for us this rig just felt right in so many ways. Larry
Larry
family owned makes the most sense 303 is a very nice rig we have a 337 just a bit bigger has been good to us

Based on what I’ve heard you guys say, here’s a short list of things you seem to want…
-34’ 4” length
-Big outside storage
-north/south bed with closet slide
(Recommend queen to allow
walk-around feature)
-“Jack&Jill” bathroom (huge!)
-massive cabinets & pantry
-a nice long, Larry napping couch
-big “wide openable” windows on
camp side of the rig
-no carpet (except the 2 strips you
mentioned in the bedroom)
-no heat registers on the floors
-2 ACs, ducted
-Morryde steps that lift easily, and
the grab bar folds against the
door
-When slides are in, Larry can still
get to his ice cream 😂
Of note, I’d remove the shower doors (60lbs, 2019 didn’t have them), and reinforce closet clothes bars. Also, the fridge is fine for us, but I think you’d want a bigger one.
Oh, and both bathroom doors are pocket doors.
Really appreciate the time you took to spell this out. We appreciate it.
But we decided that overall, this floor plan is the best compromise for us.
Thanks again. You put a lot of thought into it. We appreciate it 🤗

Glad that you found a rig you are happy with.
In the future, I would love to get a Super C 😃

I like it but have some concerns around the frame issues. I am a fan of the Cougar MLE, but all rigs have some issue you have to weigh in on.

We were looking at this one and the Cougar 290RLS. We ended up going with the Cougar. It came down to the solar package and the washer/dryer prep in the kitchen for us.

Makes sense. We are glad we are getting lighter and smaller,
Alice
We have the grand design reflection model number 340RDS ours doesn’t have the island which I love because it gives you a separate living room, which I think would work for you guys too. We’ve had minor issues with it but overall it’s been great. We’ve had it for about three years.
Wendy,
Glad you found the rig that works for you.
We are looking forward to smaller and lighter 🤗
Alice
We own a 2019 303 RLS, bought it new, weekend warriors, has been great! Good luck to you
Good to hear, have you had any issues with your 303. Larry
Good luck,
Alice
Looks good ,I like east west,I have a 310 gk.
William,
Hope you saw our latest video 😁
Alice
Have you considered Keystone? Keystone Cougar 34 foot has an amazing storage and floor design
The cougars were first on our list at the tampa show but, there is alway one thing about each floor plan that was an out. Larry
We have a Grand Design 303RLS (2018) and we love it. We have had very few problems and those were taken care of very quickly by our dealer. If you do get the 303rls, I think you will enjoy it as much as we do ours. Good luck and safe travels.
Eric,
We really appreciate comments about GD from actual GD owners.
Glad to read this. And thanks 🤗
Alice
Joseph,
Sounds like you found the rig that works for you. That’s great.
The frameless windows are pretty but they don’t open.
Happy camping,
Alice
I like it. I don't buy new but that would be tempting. It's very well thought out.
Our last one was used, but we are getting a great price and upgrades 🤗
Alice
Have you seen the numerous other channels with their fifth wheel Grand Design broken frames? There are several! I would consider frame as more important than cabinets and drawers. Tell them you want a 7 year warranty on the frame!
The first thing i do when touring an rv is crawl under and look at the suspension and frame, is it well build, is it over loaded and under engineered, are the welds looking good, is the frame painted well, is it rusting, cracks ect. After our experience, i think the frame will be something we pay special attention to. Larry
I have sent you The graffics that we installed on the back of the rig , Now ( RELAX )
😆 thanks
Just FYI Alliance Avenue 29RL has same floorplan for comparison. There are a few others also, Cougar 290rls and Brinkley 2900. We have loved the 303 floorplan since it came out. Have not bought it yet.
Thanks. We looked at all the brands and models. Some had bedroom and bathroom blocked with a slide in. Some were too tall or too heavy. Or windows didn’t open all the way or on wrong side.
We have a video all about the features we are looking for.
That’s why we picked this one,
Alice
@@DownsizingMakesCents Just making sure. I'm sure you looked at all the brands with the similar floor plan. I think GD was out with it first. All the best on your purchase and next adventure.
We think you are on to something great for you folks. We were just at our local RV show and toured some reflections.
They are decent quality for the price point and the ones we seen had very diverse floor plans.
The only thing we weren't stuck on is the north -south bed. But you made some valid points why you choose that
Best of luck in the " Let's make a deal department "
😊😊
Rob,
Yes. They are what they are for the price.
Recently listening to the pounding rain on our bedroom slide made us anxious for the change
And thank you. You shall see which door we choose 😉
Alice
Larry and his nap needs....so much for under 30 ft... I guessed it when I reviewed his spreadsheet! Lol😅 We just did the KZ 240 from family owned dealership.....great experience!
🤣 he loves his naps. But on a serious note, with his condition, he needs more rest than most.
I compromised on length. He compromised on storage 😁
Hope the rig you pick works for you.
Alice
I think it is a good choice for you both. Non drop frames have a much much better frame history than drop frames. Brinkley new units as you know have been built with no drop frames on two of their 5th wheels. At any rate it is a good choice at that price point.
Donald,
Thanks. We think it fits for us 🤗
Alice
Agree. Loved our Coachman too.
Thank you. So much negativity. We are shocked.
Plus, many people obviously don’t know our channel. We aren’t newbies.
We really appreciate the support,
Alice
@@Roadtripmischief
As a 310GK owner I agree with your assessment. The only thing I'll add is that the Sumo bags on their Solitude were the "death blow" when they 'Evil Knieveld' into that ditch.
Usually heavier rigs - across many manufacturers,
Alice
You are right about most of what you wrote.
But cause and effect is complicated. Our broken frame was explained in our video - by experts - as due to Sumo Springs,
Alice
Cause and effect is complicated.
Though many frame issues are with rigs that have never gone off road.
Plus, the experts that actually had hands on our frame clearly stated in our video is was due to Sumo Springs
Looks like it meets your desires. I would keep that forefront in your mind.
Thanks 🤗
Alice
GOOD LUCK , with service when NEEDED,found they are very few that are NOT 6mth wait
We traveled full time for 4 years. Larry does most of our repairs,
Alice
Not exactly what you were looking at when we met at the Jacksonville show, but that’s a very nice rig! Very similar to ours except for the back. We have the bunk house back there in our 311BHS. Hoping you both get what you want!
Thanks. We love this floor plan
I see that GD has made a few changes since I last looked. It sure looks like it's checking most of your boxes. I'm more impressed with the dealer. That really counts for a lot. Because they all break at some point, and how you're treated afterward is very important. Happy hunting.
Lane,
We like the latest upgrades on this floor plan.
Yes. They all break. Hopefully, Larry can continue to fix most of the issues 😁
Alice
Nothing mentioning the cargo weight that you would have. I know that there are issues with the larger GD units but haven’t heard much about the smaller units. It’s what you feel comfortable with buying, but for me I would prefer a different brand.
From what I remember from the spec sheet they showed, looks like this unit has a little over 2000lbs cargo capacity.
We had a spec sheet on the screen. You can pause it to read the details
We have a mobile Suite for 20 years and have no frame problems and it 34' 11". I am 74 and have had several rvs but DRV is the best but expensive.
Gordon,
We have heard good things about them. But we can’t afford one.
Glad you have had a good experience with it 🤗
Alice
I only subscribed for the entertainment value 🙂. Y'all are NUTS (in a good way). Good luck with your search for the perfect unicorn.
We do try to “ entertain” - glad it’s in a good way 🤗
Alice
We have a grand design 2022 2970RL. The floor plan is the same. I wish it had the cabinets like this one…and bigger refrigerator though. That Bedroom slide is nice too…. We looked at this one and the one we have. The imagine 2970rl fit our budget better and we camp 7 to 8 times a yea. Love my Grand Design …….
Glad you found a rig that fits your style of camping.
Alice
Gary,
Appreciate you recognizing that we are adults with experience.
And sharing your personal experience with us without any bias.
I am hesitant getting another GD - but we are both compromising.
Plus, the frame issue is mostly with bigger rigs and across brands.
Larry is pretty darn handy with awesome experience.
Thanks for your support, 🤗
Alice
Since we plan on going half time, we were looking for smaller,
Alice
congrats to both of you! looking forward to seeing you guys up in the Great White North later this year when the weather is warmer...I will bring gluten-free food this time!
Joe,
Right about the decreased load.
About plumbing, unfortunately GD isn’t the only one that has plumbing issues,
Alice
Glad y'all might have found the one. I hope it works out. Dealer seemed real good. I will say our last one was a family dealership. They where good up until we signed the papers then they acted just like the big stores. Don't trust any of them. Y'all already know that though. Hope if that is the one you get a great deal and it does you good. Look forward to the update.
William,
Maybe our new one will fit through your gate? 🤣
It’s a compromise. But we think it will work,
Alice
@@DownsizingMakesCents May not have to. ahhhhhh
Tim,
Huge thanks for getting it 🤗
This will be our fourth rig - we have bought used and new. We aren’t newbies.
And you are right - it’s not just GD and with heavier rigs,
Alice
I would question the frame before I would buy a Grand Design as many people have had problems with Reflection and Solitude. Good Luck!
Please see pinned comment
Get a private inspection report!. Looks great
👍
I think this could be the one. Only if alice gets past the hurdle of it being a Grand Design. I remember you had issues with your slide and I
remember Larry working on the steps. But I know you both like this one. And it fits you. How old is it? It’s nice. I’m happy for you if you get it. If don’t get it it’s alright too! I love you both! Stay safe. I’ll pray if it’s the right one. See you both soon!
Sherri,
Getting another GD is difficult for me, but Larry is compromising too.
Thanks. We think it will work 🤗
Alice
@@DownsizingMakesCents
No problem! Anything to help out. 🤗
Beautiful 5th wheel! Are you concerned with frame-flex in this unit?
From what we have researched, it’s a Lippert issue across brands but mostly with heavier ones.
This is much lighter than our Solitude,
Alice
There are a couple of youtubers that are have 303 frame damage. 😂
Sounds like this floor-plan could really work for you. Very happy for you that dealing with this dealer has re-energized you both on the RV and life planning experience. Safe Travels - Stay Well, T&J (our 2nd snowbird winter on the NC/SC border / global warming weather sweet-spot)
Glad you are having an amazing time. And thanks,
Alice
Beautiful! You’ve been doing this long enough to know when it feels right. Go with your gut unless someone else wants to pay for a better one…😜😂😂. Great video!
Richard,
We asked, but no takers 😁
Alice
This was the first rig where I watched both of you discuss it with some excitement. I think this might be the one if you can work the numbers.
Good catch. We are looking at a great deal,
Alice
We are in the market for a new to us 5th wheel and we will not
look at a Grand Design.
There are few Lippert/Furrion products we are happy with
And thanks for the well wishes. We are on our 6 month summer trip.
Just did a week of vlogs all about trip prep, fixes, and upgrades
Alice
Alice
We almost bought a 303 very close . Got a 2930rl instead been very happy with it .
303 checks a tone of boxes !
Bob,
Glad you found the rig for you,
Alice
Interesting Scott, i dont know the 320mks is that a 5th wheel? Larry
Yes, it’s a fifth wheel
We have a 2019 303rls. Over 32k miles and still in good shape
Great to read 🤗
Alice
The 303RLS is a great floorplan. We seriously looked at that before we went with the full profile Alliance.
I didn’t want talk anymore 😉
I’m looking for a fifth wheel under 25’, love the RLS floor plan
Lots of rigs to choose from. Good luck
@@DownsizingMakesCents oh yeah I gots my eye on a lil cutie! 🥰
@@Roadtripmischief I think it was the unnecessary insult to his financial worth that was the last straw.
@@Roadtripmischief I didn't buy because I didn't want to be insulted twice.. Accepting the insult then rewarding him with a sale ? No
Grand design’s are not perfect, but they do TRY.
Erin,
Thanks. Most RVs have Lippert frames. But the problems tend to be with heavier rigs.
Alice
I have to say, the Brinkley has nice drawers 😉
My daughter has a grand design solitude for sale. Been sitting while getting into a house. About 14 months in my yard. Residential refrigerator! I think 35ft. Looks same as that one
2019 310KR 35ft for sale
Good luck with the sale. Try the Facebook group for that rig.
We are buying smaller and lighter,
Alice
Did you look at an Outdoors RV? They have smaller fivers & solidly built.
We bought our new to us fifth wheel from a small dealer and thus far it was a really good experience. We pick it up next month!
We looked but not the floor plan we wanted
That model does have a fine floorplan that many found to be so ...."flexible". Hey Larry, you did notice the lack of complete gussetting on the axle attachement. Hope you get a full insurance coverage on an used RV ? Because you know you'll have to scrap that rig, again, in a few short years.
The dealer actually emailed GD and asked them why the front and rear spring hanger were not reinforced with the internal gusset. We will include the answer to that in a future video but, for lets just say, it was and engineering choice for GD and lippert. But a bad one. Larry
@@DownsizingMakesCentsYou seem to be a very considerate individual so this is my last appeal to you: For the love of Alicya, steer away from GD.
There so many things we like about this fifth wheel (length, layout, tank size, storage). Just have one concern, the cargo carrying capacity. Not sure of the weight of all the solar and how that will factor in.
Donna,
Good point. We are already looking at what not to bring.
And we will weigh before and after loading it with solar,
Alice
that's a very very nice unit , I can totally see you guys in that rig😁
Awww. Thanks,
Alice
You are downsizing there is compromise, that said, I think that RV is a great layout and just what you need 😃😘
Yes. We know there will be adjustments. 🤗
Alice
Looks great! I like the floor plan. Less storage in the basement but you are downsizing so something has to get smaller. Where is Couch’s RV located?
Barb,
The floor plan for s great but we definitely will have to downsize 😁
