yes it is correct, morph wont work when you change a shape or type in a new text in text box to solve this problem delete the circular group in slides 3 and 4 and edit it in slide 2 when you down group them and copy and paste it in other slides it will work if you still have problem watch the video step by step and design it yourself on a new blank PowerPoint

Try this in a blank slide draw two different shapes then select both of the and merge (union) them If this works it means you don't have any problem with union
