Residents of a Calvinia informal settlement continue to live in shacks

Residents of Blikkiesdorp informal settlement in Calvinia have lost hope that they'll get RDP houses. Funding for the housing development had been approved over seven years ago.
but over two-hundred households continue to live in shacks.
Construction was halted after a legal dispute with the building contractors.
