    Thanks for putting me on to the Thayers. It really has made a difference in my skin and makeup appearance. Makeup looks so good on top of it. I would've never tried it if I didn't see you showcase it because I've tried some of their other toners in the past and wasn't impressed. But you're right there's definitely something in this milky Toner that's worth the hype. (The consistency reminds me of... lol... never mind.)

      Yess I keep trying to tell everyone haha it’s so good, literally does something to the skin that’s hard to explain! But I’m glad you tried it and thank you for following up ✨

    Just bought the fenty one during the F&F sale and loving it so far. Hydrating products are actually helping reduce my oiliness

      Right?! I learned that a while back and it changed the game for me 🙌🏾

    Laneige has one I’m addicted to. I’m normal/dry in the winter and get oilier in the summer. Also, aging causes dryness and the Laneige is the one. It’s a toner and I also use it as an essence. I’ll check out the Thayers though.

      Ooo I didn’t know that!! I think you’ll love the Thayers one, let me know when you try it out.

    I’m 67 and when I was younger I had very oily skin but now it’s just the opposite. Iv tried everything to get my skin hydrated so I seen your video. I ordered the cleanser & toner from this line but it hasn’t got here yet. I really like your video you did a excellent job telling what it did to the skin and describing it while putting it on too. I really hope it works because like I said I tried everything.

      Thank you so much for taking the time to comment! Means the world and I hope it gives your skin exactly what it needs. I still use this toner till this day and my skin feels better than ever- be sure to let me know what you think about it when it arrives ✨

    I was just looking at the Thayer's milky toner as a possible dupe for the Fenty Phat Water, I'm trying to find dupes for all my favorite skincare products to save money. Your video literally solidifies my hunches about the two products. Thank you so much!!

    I have not seen the Thayers one or used them in a LONGGG time, but the Fenty one I am loving 💕 It's a bit thicker than the OG one I've been using for over a year, but I honestly could use either without issue. I do have the Ulta brand milky toner I plan on checking out as well to compare with Fenty (and the Thayers one , too)
    Side note: Girllllll, your skin 💕💕💕👑👑👑👑👑👑👑👑 the glow is EVERYTHING. And the curls???? MA'AM 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕

      Ughh you’re so sweet to me!!! Thank youu 🥹 Also yes the Fenty one is so good, milky toners have changed the game. I’ve been sleeping on them but I love the way it makes my skin look!

    How is the fragrance on the Thayers? I have the Fenty Fat water one but the scent is overpowering for me I can’t deal with the fragrance so I’m looking for a good alternative to it.

      Hey! I don’t smell any fragrance but if there is any it’s super super light, I can barley tell.

      It kinda eeminds me of bubbles. You know how u can buy bubbles that u can blow? It smells like that but not as harsh

    Can I use a cetaphil moisturizer on my face even after using the toner? Since the toner kinda hydrates your face already

    • @beautybychichi
      @beautybychichi  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Oh yes of course, the more hydration the better but I will say the toner does a great job on its own 😊

    Do you think the thayers would work in a spray bottle, or is it too thick? That’s how I like to apply my toners

    • @beautybychichi
      @beautybychichi  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Hey! So it’s not too thick when it comes to consistency but it might be too thick for a spray so I suggest adding water to it to thin it out.

    • @susanb3989
      @susanb3989 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      If you add water, the water would be diluting the preservative. You could get mold. You would not want to have more then a few days worth in the spray bottle.

    I bought this milky toner and not a fan of it . firstly , I want a toner to remove the left over residues after cleansing and this one is too milky for me to feel that . I don't know how much hyaluronic acid is in the amount you would use .. If I wanted that ingredient I would buy it in a serum which is more of what this toner is like and would only use a few drops . So , for me it was a NO and will not purchase it again . For now, will try to mix with water to get a more toner feel. thanks for you vid here !

    • @beautybychichi
      @beautybychichi  ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Oh yes so most toners are for removing residue which I have one for but these are more so for hydration. I love to slather my face with it at night and when I wake up, my skin looks flawless and you’re very welcome 😊

    • @itsaaronlolz
      @itsaaronlolz ปีที่แล้ว +4

      i bought this because i thought it would be a giant serum lol. i got oily skin but it’s so dry. i just wash my face twice and there’s no residue. maybe try washing ur face better ?

    • @johnmichaelarnaud
      @johnmichaelarnaud 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@beautybychichi This is correct. Old-school toners used to be for removing residue, but if you have residue, you aren't using the right cleansing products. Those older toners were also stripping. No bueno. Today's hydrating toners are to support the skin's barrier-not remove dirt or cover up a poorly performing cleanser.
