Robby doesn't get arrested, sent to juvie, swayed by Kreese, join Cobra Kai, teach them all Miyagi-Do or get involved with Tory. Hawk doesn't get kicked into the trophy case by Demitri. Sam and Tory would have both been suspended for two weeks, but Tory doesn't get expelled or wind up on probation, and Sam doesn't have PTSD. Aisha would have stayed at West Valley a little longer (the school fight prompted her parents to put her in private school, but she said in S4 that her father got a new job and they would have been moving anyway), and probably would have continued karate after she moved. Johnny doesn't get crushed over Miguel winding up in the hospital, so he still has it in him to challenge Kreese's power play to take over Cobra Kai, assuming Kreese still tries to take over, as many of the kids might stay loyal to Johnny, leading to a potential Cobra Kai civil war. Since Robby never goes to juvie, Kenny has nowhere to turn when he's being picked on by Anthony and his friends.

But since this is only a 'what if,' Robby should be able to return to Miyagi Do in Season 5 and Johnny will eventually have to dissolve Eagle Fang and become a Miyagi Do himself, with speculation that he will be more eager than Daniel to use Chozen's more aggressive Miyagi Do style, as with Sam. Oh, and Kenny would join that dojo as well, and learn to be better at making a difference in helping other kids bullied at school, and would respond with karate when attacked.

I think Devon would've won the All Valley Tournament in the girls division because she would've learned defensive from Robby.
Still he isn’t anywhere near Tory’s level look at piper she had both offence and defence and Sam still beat her.
Devon had the drive and the killer instinct, but she was still too inexperienced to be able to take someone like Tory.
This probably the best outcome for season 4
