As an 57 year old Black Sabbath fan, especially the old Black Sabath this is brilliant. Al the details are top notch, sound of the instruments, the whole composition, it is really spot on. This guy have the gift to dive in the mind of these bands, hats off.
59 checking in. I'm a Vol 4 guy -- I think it hit the pinnacle of the early Iommi sound. And this track nails it. I've heard guitarists argue endlessly about you gotta have this guitar with those pickups and this pedal and that amp -- and still not get it right.
He definitely got the Sabbath vide with the Iommi hooks and diminished chords. Sounds great. On the lead, add some hammer on and pull offs ascending and descending. Classic Iommi. Good job!
It never ceases to amaze me how much he sounds like every band that's the subject of his videos. He nails the tone every time, and on such a wide range of musicians. It's nothing short of incredible.
"SHAAAROOON?! Did I do a [unintelligible] cover of... this [unintelligible] song?" "Yes hun, of course you did!" "Aah fuck [unintelligible mumbling] ...when [unintelligible] fuck..."
Ozzy's brain-damaged, goofy act for the unreality TV audience is exactly that. An act. Ask anyone who has played on one of his solo records. When the doors are closed and the contracts are on the table, Ozzy becomes more Sharon than Sharon. He keeps up the act for the cameras because he knows that the real him should only come out when it is advantageous to him. You can take the boy out of Birmingham, but you can never take the Birmingham out of the man. It used to be that he was a happy medium in public. The video Don't Blame Me shows the real Ozzy in a more casual setting. He knows how much money and street cred he has, and he has an uncanny sense of who is watching him at all times. I once talked to one of the local venue stage hands after Black Sabbath left their (the stand hand's) country on their final tour. The stage hand told me that when you are near him in person and there are no cameras, you see the man who went to jail several times, fought his future business partner at school, and somehow never has lost a court case in spite of coming across as dopey in his older years. It is not a pleasant sight, and it is readily obvious why he keeps it hidden as much as he can.
Every single element of this sounds like it's straight out of the Sabbath catalogue... it might SEEM like a lark, but Otu does his damn homework before getting into these. This is freakin' amazing.
My first time finding you! Unlike some "what if" experiments that dont change tempo or adapt the lyric timing, you crushed this. You can actually envision (sp?) ozzy and toni working on this. LOVE it! I watched one of your other posts also. Different should not mean dis... You are an ambassador of strength and equality.
Dude seriously this is fking awesome, Ive seen a lot of people cover Sabbath, but Ive never seen someone duplicate their sound so well, and the fact it isnt even a sabbath song makes it crazier

Hey Can you do If Rammstein wrote Monster by Skillet?
Bro, that’s a lot of work… and you are on spot every time. Love the mix up shit but seriously you fucking rock yo.. ❤
DUDE...NOT bad!! dang......
We've been Rick-(rock'n)Rolled.😅
In this context 'never gonna give you up' seems more like a threat to a hostage. 😬
Oh yes, definitely! 😅😂
👍🏾😆😅😂🤣👏🏾
Or a song being sung to drugs.
I thought it seemed like that originally too though.
Oh yes. I'm getting "I'll be watching you" vibes.

49 yr old fan agrees 💯
59 & props to the left handed guitar.

Maybe is this only AI product...
Embryo! Wait till you're 59 like me.
Sabotage was the best album they ever did !
First time I clicked straight into a rickroll.
…And on purpose too!
Just grimaced and took it full on...10/10
... voluntarily... 😂
Same tbh
Also with "Never Gonna Hit Those Notes".
real
Big credit for getting Iommi's 1970's sound down pretty solid.
Your ability to extract the essence of a band’s style is nothing short of incredible.
He definitely got the Sabbath vide with the Iommi hooks and diminished chords. Sounds great. On the lead, add some hammer on and pull offs ascending and descending. Classic Iommi. Good job!
Couldn't agree with this statement more!
This has no business being this good. You got the feeling down and for a second I actually felt like this was young Ozzy singing.
It's like 1971 Ozzy time travelled to 88 and did a real cover
The original version is one of my wife's favorite songs. She didn't appreciate your cover, but I sure as hell did!
she has a taste that's for sure, lol
@@A.GrapefruitOf course, but that taste is not good... I mean, I appreciate the original song, but I like much more the Otu cover...
Divorce her!
This cover was amazing
I love your videos. You put so much heart and joy into them. Keep up the good work
You absolutely nailed the Sabbath guitar and bass tones. Especially the bass tones. Geezer should be proud.
A.I. mashups are pointless when we have Otu slaying this hard. 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Totally agree. But moonic gives the best dataset for such cases. You just plug the voices and you get free black Sabbath songs
So true. One thing to parody but this is channeling, true homage to one of the best bands ever. Loved it!
I will print flyers with your comment to spread the word
@@mitsosxristoy1369have you actually done this lol?
This isn't A.I is it ?
the tone on the guitar and bass is perfect. this guys ability to mimic the sound and tones of all these bands is amazing
Ozzy-rolled. I could get used to that.
I never thought I'd hear the term "Ozzy-rolled"- and that it would be completely wholesome and tied to Rick Astley. Strange times
Never gonna give Ozzy up
Would love to see all the guys in Sabbaths impression of this as a cover. OzzY would be impressed
I can't believe how fucking sick this song is. The rendition is beyond perfect!
Every song needs to be Sabbathised.
Hell Yes 🤘
Can you imagine when the saints come marching in done by black sabbath that would be funny to hear lol
Deep purple songs should get sabbathised and the other way around
@@lazarebedukadze7244 I could hear Ozzy singing "My Woman From Tokyo" lol.
We didn’t start the fire.
Orinoco Flow.
Return to innocence.
I love the 'Master of Reality' style of this cover.
Yea it really sounds like Master of Reality.
JESUS man. I was expecting a "cover" sound but this sounded like GENUINE Sabbath instrumentals. Was it a lot of work to get it to sound so authentic?
Not really, just took about $2000 worth of assorted drugs
@@taand4725 Checks out.
super easy, barely an inconvenience.
Shit it was actually better than Sabbath. Sign me up for that bass sound.
Its fairly easy to replicate the tones with a profiler and mimic voices with ai

Ozzy would approve of this....but only if Sharon let him.
So... Nope.😅

I and I bet your the alpha in your house.. YA RIGHT 😂
This is so legit I hit that like button before the 30s mark. You outdid yourself again man!
We need Rick doing a cover of this
Wshat about Ozzy and Rick together?
We need Rick covering a Sabbath song in full Astley fashion.
He'd do it too, randomly sang drunk onstage with the Foo Fighters
@@diltzm for real
Did you hear his Morrisey covers !! Jaw droppingly amazing
This is literally so good I keep coming back to it and genuinely listening to it and enjoying it like it's an actual sabbath song. this is amazing 😂
The greatest Rick-roll of all time
You missed the opportunity to call it Rick&Roll 😅
Geezer Rolling!
Una Inteligencia Artificial (por el momento) no puede superar esto, Genial! Gran trabajo
I swear that was Geezer on bass,,,!
Effin aye!

@@one0nine agreed, and his RRRRAMSTEIN is 10/10 too!
That Geezer Butler bass tone was spot-on!
I noticed those little bass lines you put in there, and they absolutely make this song. Bravo my man, what a fantastic song
this version actually works! awesome job!!!
There's talented, and then there's THIS GUY. Absolutely nailed it.
C'mon man, give the rest of the quadruplets some credit.
You nailed Geezer Butler’s bass playing perfectly.
I LOVE THIS VERSION OF THIS SONG ❤
Absolutely feckin’ Magnificent!
His Black Sabbath songs are the best, he perfectly captures the sound of Black Sabbath!!
This needs releasing big time! Love it!
It's amazing how spot on this is. The tones, mixing etc. This genuinely sounds like Black Sabbath.
What an impressive rendition of an original Sabbath song. I believe an attempt was once done to make a softer cover song version😊✌️
More Sabbath! You seriously do an outstanding job of nailing their sound.
You deserve a grand ovation for this rendition.
Close my eyes and I can see Ozzy & Iommi going at this with gusto.
Fantastic
Fantastic! You nailed every element of Sabbath's sound. It's scary how accurate every bit of it is.
Please do if Black Sabbath wrote In The Air Tonight! I reckon that’d be epic!
1:02 Lord of Darkness that dissonance was SO well done 🔥
Tone and composition - you absolutely NAILED it!
The dancing was the most important part... Nailed it! lol good video
Just how do you do this 😂. Whatever the band you ALWAYS nail it! Love what you do mate. THANKYOU
Rob
This is pure genius....I would totally jam this with all the windows rolled down...
I’ve always dreamt of making heavy metal covers of non rock/metal songs when I get good at guitar
This is so authentically 70s it's satisfying.
I could playlist your channel and listen to it the whole week.
This has no right to be this good.
This is the greatest thing I've ever seen and heard of this week
You may have Rick Rolled us, but we will never give you up.
As usual, this is expertly done ... Iommi, Geezer, even Ozzy's voice. Hell even Bill Ward's fills ring true. Great stuff.
I didn't know how much I needed this song to exist until I heard it.
As soon as the voice kicked in, I got chills! Great job, Man!!!
Otu effectively rick-rolling his entire subscriber base 😂
...never gonna us you up 😜
Never have I been so willing to be rickrolled.
This Awesome!Would love to hear Red Fang,
The Sword,Truckfighters or Slomosa cover songs like this.Keep it up dude!F’n A!
HOLY SHIT BRILLIANCE! Ozzy would give his left nipple to claim that song. Rock On, Man!
I admire your amazing talent, skills, and even your ideas and humor are truly amazing! I'm cheering from the sky in Japan
I mean, Ozzy's still with Sharon after all these years. The lyrics could be his wedding vows.
The song I Just Want You, from Ozzmosis, is a much closer match.
1:12-1:20 is nothing short of eargasmic with that subtle ozzy-esque delivered line! nice work mister @moonicproductions \m/
I never thought I would get "Rick Rolled " to Black Sabbath. :)
Yes!!!!
.........Ozzy Rolled ! (Rick's Retired Now!)...Nice Work!
Absolutely amazing as always!! I think you've made me discover that I'll love anything put through a Black Sabbath filter!
I will now use this if I want to give someone a really heavy rickroll.
Thanks!
I 🎉🎉😅
One of the best forms of rickrol
Wow! This guy is a Great musician !!
You ALWAYS nail it !!!
This is perfect! I love it! More covers like this!
[cue diabolical Ozzy laugh at the end of the song]
Now, if this had Dio-like vocals, we could say we got Ron-rolled!
Okay, now I want a Rainbow/Dio version
YOU EXPECTED RICK ASTLEY, BUT IT WAS ME, DIO!
Uh, sorry, wrong Dio.
@@festafunerea*DIOOOOOOO!!*
You are insanely talented and creative. Congratulations. Amazing job
More Sabbath please
I think this has got to be one of my favorites so far.
Very well done.
I have to go back and give it another listen now.
Excellent work mate.
Great stuff. You could've added two cheap gags: Iommi's trademark "finger tips" on two fingers, plus a giant crucifix on "Rick"
OMG! That tone is perfect!!! And the riff is awesome! You rock!!!
First it was to never say die, now they're never gonna give you up.
God this is spot on what Black Sabbath would make this song as......your so good at this man, props to your gift of making kick ass metal
As a right handed guitarist nothing frightens me quite like a left-handed guitarist who strings their axe upside-down
this is actually really badass! great job!
I can't wait for the album with this and Joleen.
I'm mesmerized, truly, by this cover! And tickled by the dance moves.😅 Love it.
Epic!
So this came up in my feed, and I clicked it not expecting much, and stayed 'til the end. Thank you, this was awesome.
Nailed it, AGAIN!
I needed to hear this. It healed me from the trauma suffered upon hearing the original version.
Love it 👍
Definitely the coolest one on your channel, mate!
Excellent job!
Awesome.
Omg the sound is just too good !! What great production and arrangement
Nailed the guitar sound, the voice, the drums, the bass and production - utter genius!

The mimicry is just astonishing, this is totally how it would be done by Black Sabbath. Kudos, you're incredible!
Damn! I just found this channel. Haven't found a song that's not freaking awesome yet! Thanks!!!!
First time I've been Rick Rolled and enjoyed it. You nailed this one. You are a dude with WAY to much talent, rock on brother man!
You need to open for Sabbath if they do a final tour with all original members
Dude seriously this is fking awesome, Ive seen a lot of people cover Sabbath, but Ive never seen someone duplicate their sound so well, and the fact it isnt even a sabbath song makes it crazier
Jesus everything this dude does slaps hard af
Dude! That's awesome! I seriously dig the fact the you overcome the obstacle like Toni did!
The chorus is outstanding.
Omg, this is so good! They way you emulate Ozzy's voice is fantastic
