Spent most of my childhood in Florida so the Boardwalk and Baseball comment definitely hit home. I vividly remember that one. My sister lived in a neighborhood that was developed on the land of Marco Polo - an old theme park off 95. There are tons of those old defunct theme parks in Florida!
