One critic is the degrees and certifications that we obtain to immigrate to Canada now becomes invalid when we look for work. Even experienced people with skills related industry for sales hospitality and HR also becomes useless..
Igor, you live in Alberta. The rents there are still fairly affordable. But in the Toronto area, rents for a 1-bedroom apartment are now exceeding $3,000 / month, and that is with a population that only has an average income of $2,400 after-tax dollars. It is now impossible for a single person to afford to live on their own, they have to get a roommate.
Hi Igor. Thank you very much for this video. I am in the final process of my immigration to Canada with my family. I do agree that there are a couple of things that are not going too well with Canada but, so is the case with almost every part of the world. I doubt that there is any place that meets all of your needs 100%. You have to pick the place that most suits you and your family. As a person who was born and raised in the Middle East, I can confirm to you that life here isn't easy. There are challenges that are different than those challenges people are complaining about in Canada, but, they are huge challenges. If cost of living is a big topic, it is very diffuclt to afford life anywhere now after the pandemic. If you lost your job in Canada, you have a small safety net. No such thing in the Middle East unless you are a local and you cannot be a citizen in most of the Middle Eastern countries by being born here or living most of your life here. I could go on but its pointless. Some people just want to see what they want to see and disregard the other truths that are there. I have adopted Canada as mine more than 12 years ago, I am just waiting for Canada to adopt me now. Lol
Only reason why you love Canada so much is because you already came to it when it was possible to set your life up, now it's borderline impossible with the mortgages
I bet Igor turned from being a liberal voter to conservative. Why is Alberta so great? Remember, it’s because it’s the most conservative province. Please keep it this way. Same in the US with people and companies leaving California for Texas. Enough of the fake liberal virtue signaling. All we want is freedom and a great economy where to thrive.
It is really tough to immigrate. I never did but, I lived in France w the wife and daughters. It is tough been lonely and having no one around that you really know
There are definitely things that need to change. Over 8 things need to be addressed. Housing and education being two. We need more space for everyone. Another would be allowing people to have more time with family. Increase minimum wage. Get rid of barriers for people who intend to work. At least allow people to take a test after studying for a month. I will hang out with really anyone. I’m outside of Edmonton for anyone who reads this. The USA is extremely divided. So much drama on their news channels. Hah. Scary Canadian. I’m so sorry. xD
I find this comment to be some how sad, to reach a law to compare Canada to India. To reach to this level maybe we are in big trouble. Hopefully the next election fix this problems
@@MrCanada1 You're looking at it the wrong way. He is comparing both countries because a lot of Indians are saying that India is way better right now than Canada, which is ludicrous. Totally agree that Canada has a problem, but it's nowhere near what problems these other countries have.

Hey could you please make a new video of getting general jobs in canada...
One critic is the degrees and certifications that we obtain to immigrate to Canada now becomes invalid when we look for work. Even experienced people with skills related industry for sales hospitality and HR also becomes useless..
😢😢😢 that make me hopeless
From Montreal, Taxes on salary + Taxes on houses + Taxes on everything you buy = 60% taxes on your income, this is crazy.

Indeed very informative Igor!
Only 28 % population can afford a home in Canada , so chances for you to do great here is low , no matter how much opportunities there are .
Thank you so much for the video Igor! Спасибо большое!
The only thing keeping me here in my wife, she hates our original country.
I appreciate you also telling in the same video that you are a realtor.😅
Could you recommend me any immigration lawyer who can help to immigrate to Canada?
where did your parent move?
Good question
Dubai
@@maximr6576 wow, not bad. But why not Europe?

France in 10x better, if you know French.
I disagree with you Igor. It's not that much of a global problem. I moved back to Qatar, and it's great here.
Thank you for this comment it gives me strenght to move back to Brazil
2 bed apartment was in 2016 1350$ now same apartment is 2000 $

Passport is a great thing but you need to afford an air ticket as well with that passport..

The Covid is not the problem of the economy
The inflation in canada is close to the inflation in India hahahaaaaaaa
Its definitely better than sawdie arabia and india. But they want to fabircate the narrative otherwise.
