This testimony addresses eating disorders, issues of shame, comparison, embarrassment and physical health vs spiritual and emotional health. Healing from all of these things comes from revealing our struggles and not hiding them. Ultimate freedom from any issue we face is found in putting our faith and hope in Jesus Christ. He is our creator and through a relationship with Him, we find our true identity and can live loved just as we are.
