Prashant Bhushan,Mehmood and Kapil Sibal have been speaking against the EVMS since a year. SC is weak that's why there were so many crimes yesterday during voting across India. If SC had allowed ballot papers to be used then the crimes would not have happened, 3 people were shot dead in Manipur violence. EC and SC are silent. Shame on them.

The magistrate who issued the curfew order should be punished for not understanding the simple law. Supreme court time is being wasted because of the useless magistrate. At the same time important issues in the court are getting delayed

1. जब विकसित देशों ने इवीएम पर प्रतिबंध लगा रखा है तो सबसे बड़े लोकतांत्रिक देश में इवीएम के लिये इतना उतावलापन क्यों , क्या मित्रों को इवीएम मैनुफ़ैक्चरिंग से मलाई दिलवाना है??
२.जब बैलेट पेपर की तुलना में इवीएम से समय, मैनपॉवर, सेनाबल, सरकारी खर्च ज़्यादा आ रहा है और आख़िर में वीवीपेट स्लीप को फ़ाइनल माना जाता है ( जो कि १००% मिलान नहीं किया जाता) तो इवीएम लाने का मक़सद क्या है??
३.२०१९ के लोकसभा चुनाव प्रक्रिया पर जब सुप्रीम कोर्ट में केस चल रहा था तो केस खतम होने के पहले ही सबूतों को नष्ट क्यों किये गये थे?
४.जब चुनावों में महीने भर का समय लग ही रहा है तो १००% वीवीपेट मिलान करने पर कौन सा पहाड़ टूट जायेगा, आख़िर चुनाव में निषपक्षता की बात है.
५.बैलेट पेपर से जितना समय नहीं लगता था उससे ज़्यादा समय तो इवीएम से लग रहा.
६.क्या इतना समय लगाने से इवीएम छेड़खानी कर प्रभावित करने वाले को मौक़ा नहीं मिलेगा?
७.इवीएम के ज़रिये मतदाता जिसे वोट डालता है वह तो उसको पता ही नहीं चलता कि आंखिर उसने जिसको दिया वो उसको मिला की नहीं, और जो गिनती वीवीपेट १००% मिलान के बाद नतीजे घोषित होनी चाहिए वह तो होता नहीं है , वीवीपेट मिसमेच होने के बाद भी नतीजे निकाल दिये जाते हैं

Dear citizens just keep in mind that even after the SC gives the judgment in favour of counting the 100% VVPAT slips after voting has been done, it's of no use because along with counting the 100% of slips it is necessary to make sure that VVPAT slip is cutting and falling into the box during every vote, which is not possible with the ECI's current arrangements of black glass and short duration of light.
Why SC reserved its judgment at the critical time when elections are going on across the country.
