I've created a simple webcomponent base library wich didn't do very much, only give you decorators, a css helper,... but each functionality is opt in. most of time I use it only to create a html template element, attach it to shadowdom, and find the controls (it searches in the template when the shadowdom is not yet attached, so you find your controls always)
Leptos is a react clone in rust. It dumps a bunch of WASM onto the client, which is nice for a SPA that feels like react, but defeats the entire purpose of HTMX.
@@user-uf4lf2bp8t that's completely inaccurate information. leptos is a clone of solidstart. it's a meta framework for building progressively enhanced ssr apps. you _can_ build csr apps but that's more of an optional feature. it has colocated server functions and islands like many of the js frameworks.
