i remember a burger similar to this called the backyard barn burger, at a restaurant, bar & grill my ex husband worked at, he wanted me to make them homemade so that's what i did & they turned out really good. i season the meat with steak seasoning, fried them up, fried up some eggs and bacon, layered the egg on the burger (after the cheese was melted a lil), then layered the bacon on the egg and made a ranch mayo sauce for the bun (i toasted the bun with butter in the skillet to toast it up a lil)

The salt over the shoulder isn't for luck, it's to counter the bad luck you caused by spilling the salt. If you're gonna be superstitious at least do it right
Who eats like this though? Every single episode is seemingly made for fat people? Normal people are not cooking every meal for their family that looks like this. Because it is insanely unhealthy and just flat out ridiculous!
