Jin's age/maturity as compared to the younger members is really evident here in how he handled the situation, although I'm disappointed they didn't show us what happened to him once everyone got on the elevator. I love that he actually checked to make sure she was ok.
He probably just told her to move to the side 🤣 knowing him, he's not gonna hold it back and be shy about it. That's probably why they didn’t show that part
It would have been helpful if you had the background story at the beginning. This video misses the set up story lol. They thought they were to randomly dance in the elevator for a concept video. The elevator was supposed to go from the bottom straight to the top. So they were surprised when it stopped and a random crying girl got on. Plus she pushed all the buttons so the elevator stopped on every floor on the way up and crowded next to them to make it more awkward lol
Yeah, and they went in two times. As shown through Jimin's case, first time they went for rehearsal and it was done as they were told (no one else entered the elevator) and they came out at the top, so they believed it. The second time, the prank was executed.
I bet it helped that he's the oldest, but he is also so considerate to everyone. This is the video that made me fall in love with him (in an ot7 kind of way 😁)

That's why they are dancing, acting cute etc. BTS thought that they have the whole elevator (reserved) for the purpose of filming, so there shouldn't be anyone getting in. Not knowing that the production team sets a prank for them. The aim of the prank is to see how they will react to unexpected situation. Hope this helps. Sorry if my English skills is not that good 😬

Tae had heard this story and he is a superstitious person. She fit the story, so he thought she really was a ghost and he was genuinely scared. That's why there isn't much of him shown in the elevator. He was really freaked out, poor baby.

I think I would react in a similar way to Jin. When I see people crying, my immediate thought is "what happened? why are they sad?" I am a huge cry baby sometimes, so I would automatically feel sympathy.
1) In Korea there is this tale about a pretty ghost woman dressed all in black. She gets into the elevator, pushes all the buttons and the end of the elevator ride she kills you. That's why Tae was so terrified :D 2) for us this wouldnt be a big enough deal to make a prank out of it. But in Korea you normally keep a polite distance to strangers.
