It depends on your use-case. If you want a low latency app then Lambda is not a good idea

one more reason aws goes with vm atleast in my knowledge containers fail with some packages native packages like bcrypt not bcryptjs works fine but often I've seen bcrypt causes some issues. that can also be one reason might be I'm not sure. otherwise your code which works on other server will fail on Serverless which would be a business blow to aws so

Learning by doing means, you actually work on something practically instead of just listening.
For example if you are going through a book on coding, you don't just read it but you also develop your own programs based on the concepts outlined in the book.
