I've built Aobing before, and despite all the sharp edges and points, the building process was so much fun. Everything fit perfectly. The engineering was so smart. Looking forward to build this one as well✨

In Motor Nuclear official Weibo account. I remember I saw the founders actually worked in a plastic molding company before. So i guess thats why the quality is somewhat better compared to others. Though this time around we do not get any transformation, we still have to give credit where its due as these are their own creation and idea. So maybe the price is for their intellectual property and ideas. Since the quality is still there, will still support motor nuclear plastic model kit. For their diecast kits, will let them richer peeps to enjoy haha. Can't wait for their future releases. Hopefully they will be able to maintain the pricing and quality.

The yellow color is super nice. The designs of the MQ robots themselves seems very similar but I guess the same could be said about Gundam. I would like to see more unique designs from them but still at the relatively cheaper price. I enjoy they fact they are now releasing model kits. I built CaoRen and it was a very fun experience, the parts and very nicely pre-painted and the surface detail is great.
mnq 01 to 05 have the same design but the mnp versions of them have been improved to have their own unique mechanic. I'm looking forward to mnp 11 Zhaoyun and mnp 08 Nezha
This line of kits has been some of the easiest and pain free experiences I've had in a while.
I normally dislike yellow in gunpla (and paint them gold or copper every chance I get) but man, that yellow looks so yum. ❤️

Lu bu is quite far to official release, i think Zhaoyun with his horse will be released first and after Nezha

MNP ver seems to lack the transformation gimmick that MNQ ver has. 😢

They all use a modified mg barbatos frame, seems like the next few kits will use different frames tho
I do love the Motor Nuclear designs, but this one feels like a miss compared to CaoRen and AoBing. The other two felt very faithful to their Metal counterparts, but this version compared to the metal version feels really inferior. Even if they just put a Dragon Tail on it, it would make it look more akin to the metal model. Without it, it seems like a knockoff version. Whereas the other two felt like model alternatives to their expensive brothers, feels like they dropped the ball with this model compared to the other 2. It still looks nice, but compared to what it should be it's a bit disappointing.

MNP Cao Ren can transform. I wonder what stopped them from allowing the MNP Bai Qi transformation as well.

@@duonghai1864 MNP Cao Ren and MNQ Cao Ren both exists, and iirc both can transform. Unless there's fitting or joints issue holding on the transformation for MNP Bai Qi, it doesn't make sense to simply limit the transformation gimmick to the MNQ Bai Qi.
Oh well... it's already there and my Pre Order money has already been taken.
