The Science of Hair Micropigmentation: How to Cut Hair
In this first video of this new series, Oliver will explain how to razor and shave the hair when you have done the hair scalp micropigmentation treatment, to get the most out of that fuzz, that light hair texture that many have.
In today´s case, Toni accompanies us, whom currently resides in the United States and has traveled to Spain for a New Hair Solutions treatment.
Toni with baldness grade 6 grazing 7 and with very fine and light hair, required a really special treatment, since with this pattern only a high quality scalp micropigmentation would be undetectable.
We perform a subtle treatment with conservative hair line to take advantage of that fine hair he has.
We did 3 sessions of medium density and a 4th after the video to perfect the front line and fill in some gaps.
Haircut:
We explain how to make a gradient haircut to hide the jump between the hair and the allopecic area.
First we razor with electric razor machine, the upper area, about 2 mm and then shave with blade in favor of the hair to leave it less than 1 mm on the sides and neck.
This will create a very beautiful contrast effect, while maintaining undetectable micropigmentation.
In New Hair Solutions we perform a gradient with capillary micropigmentation, which further enhances this effect.
Making the gradient with the SPM, even without having this texture that we talked about at the top and shaving the head equally (same length of hair) This effect of having longer hair at the top will also be created, and of hide the contrast between the hair zone and the allopecic zone.
