It's normal to see a few eye-floaters. Eye-floaters do not harm your eye in any way.
With time, they either get settled down to the bottom of the eye or you get used to ignoring them.
If eye-floaters have increased in numbers and causing a lot of trouble in having a clear vision then you should get your eyes checked.

Sir, I am 23... I have -2.75 points in one eye and -2 in another... I wanna know about the percentage of guarantee by which we can be assured of not getting spectacles before 50 -60 yrs after having being operated with Lasik surgery... Hope you will reveal the truth regarding this..
You cannot expect a guarantee for anything when it comes to medical science and there is no such thing as a validity period of refractive surgery. Vision correction surgeries serve only one purpose i.e. correcting your current specs power.
If your specs power has been stable for more than a year at the time of surgery, the chances of increasing the power will be extremely thin (less than 2%).
