I’m not tryna bash the game, it’s fun, entertaining, and had a lot of content in it, however, their growth system is not free to play friendly, I know theirs things that they give you to grind for the materials to grow your characters which is great n all, but the reward system to obtain those items takes days to gather and upgrade just one character, you have to save all those materials for like a good 6-7 days just to max out 1 character, the games good but I just feel like the growth system and upgrading characters takes too much time, it’s like they’re just trying to tell the players “hey, stop grinding and just spend your money, your gonna be doing this forever”. Game is still fun though, but I’m not spending money on it

For anyone confused by what he said basically the exchange rate, the second difficulty (aka the most doable one) gives you about the equivalent of 10 of the new LR coins. basically the top rank reward gives about 250 items which is an exchange rate in the shop of 20 coins. So basically like he said it would take about 6 weeks to farm the items you need to exchange at the shop.

"No one plays it it's too hard" okay so reset it every month, and show what unique gimmick is for the stage and problem solved. Wow every time GC makes a decision that makes me go "DAMN IT!!! I severely regret quitting this game, this is sooooo fucking cool" like this LV (for the record LV is my favorite unit ever released in GC) they never cease to amaze and baffle me by how tone-deaf/out of touch they are by there monumental, colossal failures and how they instantly kill the hype of thousands of players instantly and make countless people like me go "Oh! Yeah… I won’t play this game mode except for the absolute bare minimum. I already hated the “go in with the HP you had in the last round” mechanic in the Labyrinth and already don’t play things like the last two demonic beasts because of the difficulty. They need to rework this if anyone outside of whales is gonna care.
Hm even a lot of f2p players are able to farm all beast now, ok the snake is only at floor 1 but since the release of jugg/thonar/megelda/freya all beasts are doable, if u have T1U roxy thonar and freyr the dogs are a joke for example.
It's like the demonic beasts all over again, even if you were able to beat all 3 stages it still would have taken you several resets to get one relic. To this day, I don't know why they limit you to one demonic beast rewards per week, at this point on the whales have all the relics let me catch up :(

Right, the new chapter alone is a pain in the ass. Full team of level 100, all working with complete synchrony, buffing each other the absolute limit. All equipment maxed out in stats and engraved and I’m still getting my ass handed to me.
The strat would be to grind the stage pre ___ celebration to have them ready for the possible LR. Annoying but, at least imo, it’s no incredibly annoying. What’s annoying for me is that CC boxes of 6 mil and below are probably going to struggle to even get it optimally and will get it 6+ weeks.

I've always had the saying of if the top average player can't beat it than it need something to help out Now if a big spender (like nag) can't beat it it's far too hard And if the top players can't beat it no one can, it's too hard

Yeah it looks like it’s gonna be a bit hard and grind in the beginning. But once those LR starts racking in the roster it’s gonna get easier over time. Comes to no surprise for a new mechanic to be introduced brand new and the mats are gonna be very premium.

Lostvayne meli as been my favorite character from the game besides the one and ultimate the one SINCE THE TIME WHERE "When is lostvayne coming to global" EXISTED AND I WAS ONE OF THEM. Now i can't even do the 200k CC because i haven't been playing and haven't grinded anything, i'm just genuinly sad :(
Looking at dokkan players with their boxes filled with cracked LRs and easy events to get them maxed out. Then you come over here to grand cross and most players can't even get the "new" LR until 1-2 months after they drop, and that's if you can beat the whale difficulty. Then to top it off you can only hold 100 coins so u can't even get the new LR characters on day 1. Netmarble's greed will know no end
Technically if you’re a whale and can do the hardest difficulty, it will only take you 2 weeks because we get 60 of the coins for free if I remember right, if you’re not a whale and you just get 100 coins a week, that’s 4 weeks which isn’t terrible, but after that yeah about 10 weeks to get an LR unit which is kinda rough if they release an LR every patch.
You forgot to mention that t1u escanor makes this mode absolutely dreadful, as his passive allows him to just wipe you even if you one turn him And each player has one escanor each
It shouldn’t be a surprise that a really good unit takes a while to get, to me it’s something to work towards bc I’m in the endgame, no rush for me but that can’t be said for other people lmao
They didnt literally put the top gw defenses in btw. Some of the positions are messed up, which is really important. But yea, you will definitely need experience in Guild Wars to be able to beat it properly. For example, AM in the bracket you are facing currently should be really good.

I've been playing Grand Cross since I think is 1st Anniversary (well just before anyway) and quite surprisingly I don't have a single Lostvayne Meliodas aside from the crappy Ragnarok one. Never thought I'd be disappointed to not have him
So basically just use demon team until last floor (first or second stage) and repeat 5 times. I can wait 5 weeks.

With LR Meli out now I think with the leak of Bloody Liz's holy relic she might be the next LR which will be huge for buffing goddesses again and for maybe the sin team to finally change the meta of demon supremacy I honestly am going to hold on to the LR coins for her

I don't care about how much i hace to grind, what i do really mind is that almost everything in this game is time-gated
If it reset daily, then the grindy nature would be far more excusable. But weekly is just borderline cruel. "Here's this new rarity! You want it? Too bad, you'll have to wait for weeks, likely months!"
Yeah it looks like it’s gonna be a bit hard and grind in the beginning. But once those LR starts racking in the roster it’s gonna get easier over time. Comes to no surprise for a new mechanic to be introduced brand new and the mats are gonna be very premium.
They gonna make packs for it selling like the relic’s because 5 wks of grinding for 1 lr when in that time a new lr well be out

Lostvayne meli as been my favorite character from the game besides the one and ultimate the one SINCE THE TIME WHERE "When is lostvayne coming to global" EXISTED AND I WAS ONE OF THEM.

Looking at dokkan players with their boxes filled with cracked LRs and easy events to get them maxed out. Then you come over here to grand cross and most players can't even get the "new" LR until 1-2 months after they drop, and that's if you can beat the whale difficulty. Then to top it off you can only hold 100 coins so u can't even get the new LR characters on day 1. Netmarble's greed will know no end
Technically if you’re a whale and can do the hardest difficulty, it will only take you 2 weeks because we get 60 of the coins for free if I remember right, if you’re not a whale and you just get 100 coins a week, that’s 4 weeks which isn’t terrible, but after that yeah about 10 weeks to get an LR unit which is kinda rough if they release an LR every patch.

You forgot to mention that t1u escanor makes this mode absolutely dreadful, as his passive allows him to just wipe you even if you one turn him

They didnt literally put the top gw defenses in btw. Some of the positions are messed up, which is really important.
But yea, you will definitely need experience in Guild Wars to be able to beat it properly. For example, AM in the bracket you are facing currently should be really good.
