This certainly is a masterpiece. I don't like the word "underrated", I would rather say "misunderstood yet". This really is a masterpeace. Note that J. S. Bach was forgotten for 200 years. Most people just couldn't understand his music in his time.
@@ptxwk most of their music were misunderstood by public, like Whip It or Through Being Cool, but the reason why I think this is underrated is the time when they play it (1988-1991)

“Underrated” is the most overrated word on You Tube. When it come to DEVO i myself would use “yet to be openly accepted”
