The bike rack has 3 adjustment spots for the bike platform. Look on the main support brackets and you'll see the holes for the other positions. You'll have to remove the bolts and adjust the height to the hole that works best for you. Thanks for Watching and supporting my channel!

Additionally however I'm thinking of installing of an additional leaf spring in the back because I've seen videos of cracks appear in the back unibody of Sprinter vans. And gas nitrogen shocks. Great question! The bike rack is rated for 2 bikes at a max weight of 42lbs each. That means the bike rack can hold 84lbs. 2 gallons of water weighs about 17lbs and 2 gallons of diesel weighs about 14lbs for a total of about 31-32 lbs. This leaves about 52lbs for your bikes. One of the reasons I did not drill holes into the bike rack is to ensure its integrity was not compromised. Thanks for Watching!
