Considered this place initially but essentially you are buying a parking space with zero privacy. They literally cut down every tree.
30% management fee plus 250/m maintenance fees. I cannot imagine how anyone could possibly make $$ as an investor here.
I wonder that as well and I’m still waiting to see numbers that make sense?
