      Hey girl, if you wanna avoid the bruieses, you need to use a good matt. And overtime your elbows will be less sensitive. Doing plank on the floor or hard surface without padding is usually what causes bruises. Hope this helps!

    I would love to see if the 2nd method would work better had you used the hairspray..the same hairspray you used on the first method. The 2nd method looks much better. For the 1st method, maybe double the belt in half so that the belt is thicker for the hair to curl around. That would make for a bigger curl that might not take so long to brush out. Thank you! You are beautiful both ways anyway!

    Love the music first off!! I always have used the robe belt method and I use living proof 5 in one styled and it holds for days. Not frizzy at all and bigger sections do help tone down the tightness of the curls. Love it my hair is cute and very healthy without having to get it with heat!!

  • @shardaramjit3681
    @shardaramjit3681 4 ปีที่แล้ว +6

    I love this method (belt). Absolutely gorgeous curls. Try twisting the hair from the back in the opposite direction than the hair you take from the front. Do mine without hairspray and it last all day and easy to sleep in.

    I do the bath robe ones alot, i find that after securing the hair the best thing to go its cross the ends over and tie them at the top if your head like a milk maid braid 🤣 keeps all the bulk at the top of your head, where you dont lay on

    Hi Tina.
    I have thick coarse hair and curling iron doesn't really work so here is what I do:
    I braid my hair with my head upside down.
    And it gives me THE PRETTIEST curls. It takes less than a minute to do that. I do it on damp hair before going to bed. It also gives TREMENDOUS VOLUME. Try it in one of your videos. You can change position of braid depending on where do you want the curls to start in front. It is Holy Grail!

    • @MakeupWearables
      @MakeupWearables  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I might do this in my next heatless curl comparison video! Thanks Shivani!

    • @MakeupWearables
      @MakeupWearables  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      You do 1 single plait upside down?

    • @shivanitamkiya1359
      @shivanitamkiya1359 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Depending upon How large or small curls I want.
      I usually do one plait upside down for loose curls (my preference).
      Two plaits give tighter curls.
      And both of them are comfortable to sleep in.

    • @shivanitamkiya1359
      @shivanitamkiya1359 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      And since it takes a minute to do it; it can be done every night to revive the curls. No extra work.

    Foam blocks and mats are good for planking! There are also these no-slip handles you can place on the ground that allow you to plank while holding them (sort of like the fist you make when grabbing a door handle). It's nice because they're easy on the wrists and don't force you to lean on the elbows.

    Beautiful and results and beautiful hair on a beautiful girl as always. In regards to the way you said your hair was almost too curly and it took ages to smooth the mail a bit I would suggest not using Hairspray. When I've done this sort of thing in the past and almost all my life I never use heat in my hair I just can't be bothered I always just use a bit of water in slightly damp hair and sleep in it or even though another day in it and when I goes 2 days in it it goes crazy curly so the water and time in your hair is what does it hairspray just ruins a hairstyle in my opinion and makes your hair feel so horrible and sticky and crunchy I can't stand it a lot my hair to feel soft and like it does when you've had argan oil and just slept on it. Which is why this technique is so fantastic here you can actually comfortably sleep on this and get fantastic results. And there are so many heatless methods of curling the hair out there but the world has forgotten them all I mean it's only been probably 60 odd years that the world has had heat style hair tools. In the 60s the best they had to straighten their hair was literally an iron. And my aunt used to straighten her long very curly hair out with soda cans and it worked but not as easy as this.
